His valuation was accurate and the marketing information for the property was comprehensive. Sandra in the sales aftercare team kept us up to date and pursued solicitors when necessary, providing us with background information on the process. All in all we were really pleased with the Stirling Ackroyd team and their friendly and efficient service.

Tracy and the team certainly lived up to expectations all the way through the process from valuation to completion. Since then we have recommended their services to family and friends and have continued to work with them over the last 11 years. Also recently we have purchased 3 rental properties through Bourne, they ensure everything runs smoothly, keeping us updated every step of the way. We would highly recommend.

8th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.
13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Me and my partner moved into an amazing apartment after lots of looking l, this process was made so smooth and actually enjoyable by our realtor Jude burton, he made the process so easy and we completely trusted him the entire time, and when our first apartment didn’t work out he immediately found us another property that even better suited our needs. We cannot recommend Jude more highly, he’s amazing (even if he does play dead by daylight) thank you for everything!
14th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)An absolute pleasure dealing with the team at Knights Property services, they were brilliant, they kept us informed every step of the way, in Any questions we had were dealt with in a friendly efficient manner and they always had the answer back the same day. Once an offer was accepted we were handed over to Andrew who again did an exceptional job, constantly on the case and making sure we were aware of what was happening , couldn’t have made it any easier. Well done everyone and a big thank you, Would highly recommend!

Ryan and his team have been great from the very beginning and are always super helpful and friendly whenever we chat with them. Our renting experience has been stress-free and straight forward, and I would definitely recommend cobbles to anyone!- 20th May 2025 (9 mo. ago)Everything went smoothly and quickly. They already had people on the books then it went on the open market. We had plenty of viewings resulting in an offer just below asking price.
27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Leaders. The lack of professionalism is shocking. The property manager does not respond to emails at all, I have sent several messages to the agency and have never received a single reply. When calling to report an issue, staff are unhelpful and, on more than one occasion, have simply hung up the phone. Property inspections are handled just as poorly. Visits are announced only an hour in advance, which is completely unreasonable and shows no respect for tenants’ time or privacy. What is most frustrating is that this agency seems far more efficient at sending threatening emails referring to potential legal consequences than at actually processing payments correctly or providing basic customer service. I would strongly advise avoiding this agency. The people working here appear to have no understanding of customer care or professional standards. Avoid at all costs.

1st Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)Credit where it's due. Despite a slow market, Serena never gave up helping us try to find somewhere, even when I was calling 3 times a day. There's a reason why most homes in this area are sold through Seymour's.
9th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)If a 0-star rating were possible, this is what they would deserve. Our experience with Chancellors in Woking has been extremely disappointing and stressful from start to finish. From the beginning, communication was poor and inconsistent. Important information changed over time, and emails or concerns were often ignored or answered very late. We repeatedly had to chase for basic updates. The property had multiple issues reported during our tenancy, including mould, problems with the check-in inventory report, and not being provided with all the necessary keys — notably the bin area key. We had to chase the agency for two months to receive it, meanwhile walking 10 minutes each time to dispose of rubbish and asking the concierge for temporary access to the separate garbage door. There were also various general maintenance issues that required attention. Despite being clearly communicated, these problems were not handled properly or in a timely manner. The agency was disorganised and unclear, adding unnecessary stress during both move-in and move-out. There were several property managers that changed so many times over 7 months period. The most unacceptable part was the checkout process. We vacated the property on 01/02/2026, handed over the keys, and left the house in good condition. However, the checkout inventory inspection was scheduled almost two weeks later, which is completely unreasonable. Any inspection carried out so long after the property was returned cannot fairly reflect its condition at the time of checkout and puts tenants at an unfair disadvantage. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor organisation, and disregard for tenants’ concerns made this a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this agency and would strongly advise future tenants to document everything carefully if they choose to rent through them.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I recently dealt with Greg James Estate Agents while trying to purchase a property, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I found them to be rude and unprofessional in their communication. At what should already be a stressful time when trying to buy a house, I felt they lacked courtesy, transparency, and basic professionalism. I do not believe they acted in the right manner during the process, and their conduct left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a potential buyer. Buying a home is a significant financial and emotional commitment, and I expected a much higher standard of service. Sadly, this was not the case. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them.
10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)We recently purchased a house marketed through Newton Rowe and though it wasn’t the smoothest of transactions with our buyers disappearing mid-transaction (whilst we were on the market with a different estate agency), Sarah was incredible to deal with. She went above and beyond to ensure the chain stayed in tact, kept all parties constantly informed and followed up diligently until the transaction was complete. There were times when we really didn’t think it would happen but Sarah made it happen! She really offers a personal touch and is an incredible human being. You really get the sense of pride she takes in her work and in actually bringing joy to her clients. She genuinely cares and it shows! I would never think of looking elsewhere and will always recommend Sarah to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. Super grateful for everything you’ve done for us!

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!
