22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)I dealt largely with Nick Plumb in the Newmarket Office. The property had already proven difficult to sell when I approached Nick. David Burr found a buyer and Nick helped the negotiations and then pushed everything through, with considerable and constant input and effort on his part, for the duration of the process. He communicated well, and importantly, very regularly, not only with me but with the buyers and both solicitors, in order to keep the deal moving. I really appreciated his expertise but most of all his ongoing attention and communication, which were well beyond expectations.

Had to follow up almost a week later with a phonecall to be told too many other people booked in for viewings, so would only be considered if none accepted after this time. Poor management and way to run a business!
