The ladies at Hunters did everything I could of asked for and more. Always attentive, always informative, treated you as a person and not just another sale to get commission on, listened to what I wanted and did everything in their power to achieve that. Sadly we sold at a difficult time when the market was quite depressed so viewings did not come easily. Hunters were pragmatic about the situation and doubled efforts to get a sale. We had 4 agents to evaluate our house and although they were all efficient there was one that stood out from the crowd. Melissa from Morfitt Smith was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the type of potential buyers, realistic about the asking price, and we felt that the service from a local agent would be more suitable for us. Once we made the decision to use Morfitt Smith, they were very quick to arrange the photographs, which were amazing, and to list the property. We immediately had a lot of viewings arranged and received several offers straight away one of which we accepted with their help and guidance.
