The communication throughout was excellent, which was particularly important during what became a very long and stressful process. Nobody likes being kept in the dark, and Rebecca and the team were always proactive in keeping me updated and chasing buyers, solicitors and the other estate agents involved in the chain. There were several points where I genuinely thought the sale might fall through, and if it wasn’t for Rebecca and the team’s persistence, hard work and determination, I doubt I would have got to completion.
