28th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Alex & Christine went above & beyond to help us with our house purchase & they weren’t even selling our house. We viewed the house twice before putting in an offer & when we eventually put the offer in. We brought our parents round & Alex was so patient didn’t rush us, just stood & waited. If we ever had questions they were always there. Really quick with responding to emails & keeping us up to date when they received updates. Even after we moved in I called with a question & Christine helped & wished us all the best in our new home. If we ever choose to move again we will 100% be choosing Selby branch to put us on the market! (Not for a very long time though hopefully).
9th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)We recently sold our property, which we had purchased through Dunstan's over seven years ago. As we were so satisfied with their service then, we chose to use them again. Karen and Tracey were both very professional, approachable and helpful throughout the process.... nothing was too much trouble. A lovely team, I would definitely recommend anyone to consider them if they were selling their own property, especially if it is in or around Conisbrough, as they have an excellent knowledge of this area. Repairs were always done timely with no issues. They were also flexible with my moving out date and I even got my bond back! Thank you :)

I would recommend using Sorbys to anyone wanting to rent out their property. 8th Mar 2022 (4 years ago)Friendly knowledgeable and honest! Fast & efficient service from day one, Great pictures and brochures. Returns calls very quickly if not available when you phone. Nothing is too much trouble, We have sold many houses and Mark and his son Jacob are by far the best.
