With over 25 years’ experience building, launching and scaling property technology platforms, he has played a key role in shaping some of the industry’s most recognisable brands.

Mal previously served as Interim COO at GetAgent, where he was responsible for sales and operational strategy, helping drive performance during a critical growth phase. His career includes senior leadership roles at Zoopla, Primelocation and REA Group, where he led commercial strategy, product development and large-scale business transformations — including taking early-stage ventures from launch through to successful exits.

He has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, delivering revenue growth and developing innovative proptech solutions. Alongside his role at ModelProp, Mal is also a mentor with Agents Together, supporting estate agents across the UK. His expertise spans proptech, AI, sales leadership and operational strategy, with a focus on driving sustainable, long-term growth.
