The house we are selling is my mums and as I don’t still live in the area it was my brother who was the initial point of contact with Abode. They advised him to put the property on the market for an unrealistically high price and not surprisingly there was little or no interest. So, after weeks of little or no communication with Abode my brother went to see them . He was told the price was too high by someone other than the initial valuer.? So, price reduced to a more realistic level but still poor communication from Abode. We have since found a new agent.... Read more

Twice now I’ve booked a housing evaluation to sell my house, twice they’ve cancelled without even telling me, twice over the weekend I’ve had to cancel other arrangements for them to come for the valuation, absolute waste of space of an estate agents, communication is 1 star, il get in touch with a different estate agents now, hopefully they’re not as useless, avoid at all costs if you want to be sat in your living room all day for nothing... Borron Shaw have great network contacts in the area and we’re able to recommend a viewing of my property to existing contacts of theirs. They sold my property in one day, to the first viewer.
