I highly recommend Abode Residential for rental management and property sales. As an overseas landlord and vendor, it was fantastic that Clare Morrall was always a phone call away and happy to help with nothing being too much trouble. If any issues came up with the property, Clare had an extensive network of tradesmen she could call on and always quickly dealt with any problems. Clare, not sure if just thank you would be enough. A BIG HUG! I was let down by a previous letting agency and Clare was able to move me in to my new apartment within 24hrs. Clare was prompt to respond to my messages, friendly approcah and excellent communication skill. I was well informed throughout the process and followed up to check if all was okay in my new Abode. If I could give 10 stars I would. After dealing with a high street estate agency & seeing the sale fall thru 3 times, due to time wasters and people not being vetted correctly. We decided to go with Abode Residential. Clare viewed the property on the Friday, advertised it on the Saturday and sold it on the Tuesday. Plain sailing. From accepting the offer to completion, it was less than 6 weeks. Clare kept everyone updated. Even our solicitor said how impressed she was with Clare....yes I know a solicitor saying that. Clare managed a difficult sale where several issues cropped up. She went above and beyond what I would expect of an estate agent and was always willing to do whatever was needed to "get it sorted". It was really refreshing to deal with a smaller estate agent as I would always get the expertise of a manager with 20+ years experience, who in larger estate agents would not usually deal with. Decided to sell my city centre flat with Abode. After meeting with several agents I decided that Abode were the agent who I was most likely to *buy* from, and they didn't disappoint. Everything was taken care of with a professional approach, from the initial viewing confirmations and feedback all the way through to liaising with solicitors during and even after the sale. Clare Morrall has acted both as lettings agent and then sales agent for me and her professionalism, advice and customer service are simply second-to-none. What particularly impressed me about Clare is her enthusiasm and willingness to go the extra mile - you can tell she genuinely values her clients and clearly works hard to deliver them a truly quality service. I can definitely echo the comments of others in that, unlike so many other estate agents I have experienced, Clare stands miles apart in being extremely proactive - you won’t ever have to chase her to get things done. But above all, she is just so friendly and personable – the only downside to her achieving the sale of my property so swiftly and smoothly is that I will greatly miss our chats, now that she is no longer my agent! I just wanted to drop a note to say that Clare at Abode has been absolutely brilliant. Moving can be so stressful but it is so nice to have someone there that I can come to and know I will get an immediate response. Previous letting agents I have used have been horrendous with their communication and never seem to have updates for you, I have also found them rude and very unhelpful. Clare on the other hand, hasn't had to be chased for anything as she has kept me fully up to date and everything is done with that personal professional touch.
