What a bunch of crooks. If I could give zero stars I would. We instructed them to let a 3 bedroom house in Barking. They lied to us. Despite our instructions telling them not to they ended up giving it to someone who converted the house and rented it out as bedsits and didn't pay us! We have lost thousands of pounds due to these guys. We ended up going to court and suing them. I am pleased to confirm we have obtained judgement in the sum of 35,000 pounds. This is all the headache that Steptons have caused. Hopefully they will pay up soon but I am conscious they may try and pull a fast move so we will be monitoring their actions. I suggest to everyone to check the names of the directors and monitor the business they conduct.

Very poorly organised. Need to get their systems sorted. Travelled one and a half hours to a viewing to find that we had been misinformed the time.

I recently sold a house in Upton Park. The experience was painless. Frankly, the service provided was beyond my expectation. The levels of local knowledge, business sense and customer service were of such high levels it is difficult to believe of such a young staff.
Cannot recommend highly enough.

Steptons were the appointed agent for the recent purchase of my family home. Very professional yet friendly team with excellent knowledge of end to end purchase process including banking and solicitor tasks.
I was supported throughout the process by different team members.
They also assign a contact whom you can work with to get progress updates and will happily chase any individuals.
Highly recommend.

They managed to secure 2 buyers with just one open day. One of which led to a successful completion.
The whole team were always helpful with a genuine feeling that nothing is too much.
