I had a very disappointing experience with Upsdales Property Management I booked a viewing for a flat and later called to ask one simple question: whether the upstairs flat owned the loft. I was told someone would get back to me. Two days later Daniel sent me a text message, but I couldn’t understand it or how it answered my question. I therefore called him for clarification and politely asked if he could simply answer “yes” or “no.” Instead of answering professionally, his tone became abrupt, intimidating and dismissive. He told me, “I don’t think this flat is for you,” and said, “It looks like you’re buying for the first time, so you don’t know how it works.” I found these comments patronising and unnecessary. I was simply trying to understand an important detail about the property before attending the viewing. There was no need to make assumptions about my experience or speak to me in that manner. I ended the call feeling upset and disappointed. Every potential buyer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of their level of experience.... Read more

Left multiple calls throughout the week to view a property, no courtesy for a call back despite repeated calls to follow up, only to be told viewing have now suddenly already happened and property on offer.... Read more

The director, Ken Lomas has limited knowledge of property transfer and was being rude to legal advisor. I sought clarification on entries of their account and he told me "Why don't you check the Lease!". If you are not entirely sure what is going on, please be humble and refer to the person who is specializing in this area. Their colleague, Ms Michelle Amato deserves a honor as she is helping out a lot throughout the transaction.... Read more

After my Dad died last year we needed to move my elderly mum into a smaller home. Upsdales were fantastic throughout. They took an interest and guided us through the whole process. Kept us up to date with all stages and we're always available to help with anything swiftly and in a professional manner. Moving home can be tiresome, troublesome and stressful, but Upsdales made the whole process smooth and stress free. Would highly recommend them.... Read more

Used Upsdales for around 3 years renting a flat in Redbridge. The agency was very professional and everyone we dealt with was very efficient, responsive and polite. They accommodated us for a viewing very quickly and there were no hidden charges or issues with the agency fees. The flat was very spacious, well fitted and reasonably priced. When a small issue (leak, etc) did arise it was resolved very quickly by the local handyman. They returned our deposit quickly and without any issues. The communal bits such as the garden fence could have done with some repair, but otherwise very happy with the agency and would highly recommend it!... Read more

Ive been dealing with them for 15 years ss they represent the freeholder of my flat and as far I'm concerned they are not helpful whatsoever their main objective is to make sure the interests of the freeholder that's what matters and nothing else no matter how many times you call them very rare they will call you back.... I would of given - 5 to be honest if i could they are the most liars estate agents ive ever dealt with I called to ask about a flat arranged a viewing she made me rush and send all the details to take the flat and she comes with this story Oh sorry the landlord decided not to rent the flat anymore wants to keep it as he needs it Then i called 2 days after with a different number and she said to me that the flat was rented to someone Liars liars liars...
