I had a horrible experience when I inquired about a rental property. The man I spoke to over the phone was incredibly rude and kept repeating, “I don’t understand,” in a mocking tone even after I clearly explained myself. He also started making fun of me, saying things like “ I am a teacher and I work in school but don’t understand” which was unnecessary and very unprofessional and quite rude.He also started making fun of me, saying things like “ I am a teacher and I work in school but don’t understand,” which was unnecessary, very unprofessional, and quite rude. Keep in mind I’ve dealt with many other estate agents, and all of them are very respectful and never ever treat the customer the way this gentleman was speaking to me over the phone. Instead of trying to help and answer my query he made me feel as though I was being talked down to. After reading other reviews, it’s clear that I’m not the only one who has experienced this. If you want to be treated with basic respect and professionalism, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.... Read more

This Estate agent is absolutely terrible. They have no manners. His name is Shahram Irvani. I was interested in a property. He was replying to me like “ are you interested or what”? And saying comments like “ do you even know what a pub is”. When I told him can you please with a better tone and manners he ended the phone. it’s absolutely ridiculous when they have genuine customers interested in a property and this is how they are treating them. I said I wanna speak to the manager and he say I am the manager. The employees and people dealing with him I feel bad for them. Buying a house is already stressful and the only thing that makes it better is a good estate agency. Unfortunately people like him make these experiences bad. I hope he is held accountable for his actions. He is very mannerless, needs to honestly educate himself on treating people with respect. I don’t know how he even got a job if he can’t even treat people right. Absolutely disgusting horrendous behaviour.... Read more

Very unprofessional , very unreliable. Not trustworthy at all . I rented a property via alexandra park through ricky ( as the agent ). This gentleman had asked me to pay electricity bills without having proof of the electricity bill itself. He just sent me a number via email and asked me to pay. That's not how things work. When I asked for the meter reading he didnt not want to send. After pleading with him, he sent me a calculation of the bill. When I observed the meter reading, spoke to the elctricity company and looked at the cost per unit, ricky had charged me double. I flagged this up with him and he later amended the rate and recalculated the bill this year. When I questioned him about this, he shifted the blame on to the landlord !! I have been at this property in south harrow ( right next to the station) for more than two years and stupidly, didn't question him about the bills until recently, who knows how he charged me prior to this. I will need to look at all my prior payments and electricity bills to and recalculate to claim back any overpayment. It's difficult to converse with ricky over the phone. He says that according to the lease, I cannot ask him for the original bills. I lived at the property, of course I can ask for the bills!!!! There is no such thing in the lease that states this.... I initially worked with Ricky to rent out my 3 bed townhouse in Rayners Lane. He found me the perfect tenant at a good market rate with zero hassle. 2 years later I asked him to sell my house, which again he did a great job. He found me 4 buyers in the first 3 weeks. I would not recommend this agency either. Very unprofessional. Very late in replying to the emails or replying after you send them a few reminders. We rented a property with them and when we decided 1 year and a half later to move out, Ricky was nowhere to be found to help out with the check out process and the deposit procedure. We had to contact the landlord personally to complain about the real estate agency and to actually take some action.... Read more
