Allen Heritage took over managing where I live last summer and they are excellent . They are so respectful of us as residents and manage the properties with great attention to detail such as if one roof has an issue , they will inspect them all !! Since taking over they must have inspected everything that needs inspecting and they are responsible for , and anything identified is attended to asap and with good advance notice to us whenever possible .
They look after us with the utmost respect and give us as much independence to make our homes feel like our own as they possibly can . I have found that when I have had to report an issue , it is soon attended to and recently when I had trouble with my washing machine , Rob took a history of the troubles I had with it ever since it was supplied and how much I missed my old own one and he replaced the faulty one with the one I liked ... I do hope they continue to manage us for as long as I am here !!! It feels very reassuring to be managed so well

So we've today completed on our 1st building plot which we bought through Allen Heritage estate agents and ive got to say they have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish, my initial contact was with Louise and then with Kim, both of these ladies are very efficient at their jobs and were super quick to respond to any questions that I had, both Kim and Louise kept me informed of the progress being made with daily emails or phone calls so we was never just kept in the dark. A top company that I would highly recommend and I will definitely be in contact with them for our next project, we now see them both as not just estate agents but as friends A***

Highly recommend Allen Heritage, they are incredibly trustworthy and diligent and most importantly they have a large database of serious clients who want and can buy.
Some other agents offered me less but
Kim & I have been in a relationship for over 2 years with her patiently waiting until I was ready.
Her knowledge of my area allowed them to understand the worth of the site rather than a brief google seach as other companies do.
If there was ever bad news Kim told me straight, no grey area which as a woman moving in a man’s world I valued greatly.
In the last innings I reckon my buyer’s solicitors dominated her, Louise and my solicitors lives but they made it happen.
Also when I was feeling incredibly frustrated and ready to throw in the towel they took over and made sure all the countless requirements were fulfilled.
I owe them many large G&Ts.

We moved into a property in 2019 for which Allen Heritage were the letting agents. Denny Ferrara was our point of contact and he guided us through the check in, the taking of the deposit and the contract signing. The house was an old property and needed a certain amount of upkeep. We kept on good terms with the property owner until the plaster on the living room ceiling fell in. We were lucky to escape injury and our dog was also very lucky! The owner decided the property was too much for him to manage and put it in the hands of Allen Heritage to manage. By now, they had a decent report system in place for repairs. I would report a fault and Denny would make arrangements to have the fault put right.
In June of this year, the owner served us with a Section 21. We managed to find a new place and move out well within the time allowed us according to the Section 21. Denny arranged all our check out documentation and ensured we did not pay more rent than we had to. And, as owners always try to claw as much of the deposit out of you, Denny supported us to ensure a fair compromise was reached. He is an absolute gent.

My wife and I have been a tenants with Allen Heritage for 3 years now, it was a rocky start however, Rob our landlord stepped in and was very helpful. Ever since it has been a pleasant experience.
When it comes to regular safety checks and upkeep, Allen Heritage is on the all. Their contractors for maintenance and repairs especially Kristian, are fantastic trades people, who are friendly, polite and work at a high standard.

5* Flawless Service
Met Kim Allen and her team for the first time at their "Ophelia Court" launch weekend. I have attended many of these open days but never have I come across such a professional, efficient, and exciting launch.
The team on site knew the development inside out and went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after. Drinks, food, price lists, spec etc.. etc...
The viewing was followed up with an email and personal phone call straight away – flawless!
Being in the profession and working with numerous overseas investors, I will gladly forward any business to Kim and her team – it will be a pleasure to be associated with one of the last remaining agencies that still put their personal touch on everything!
