Would give 0 stars if I could, don’t go to them if you are thinking of renting through them, don’t go to them if you consider putting your property up for rent, don’t go to them if you want up to date emergency numbers for basic issues like plumbing, don’t go to them if you have a door handle that’s come off of a bedroom door and is now a fire safety issue (they still haven’t fixed it since first reported over 6 months ago), don’t go to them if you have any issues with a ceiling caving in thanks to a raw sewage leak (took about 40 days in all) nor don’t go to them about other people causing issues for you, as they refuse to deal with it, even if they have a duty of care for tenants suffering with said issues, or even investigate it for that matter. Might need the landlord to change letting agencies as these guys are utter clowns, dismissive and condescending. months of garbage from them.... Read more

I found the Estate Agent staff to be totally unhelpful to the point of being obstructive. Once you have made your offer, they will not let you into the premises again for measurements etc until the missives are signed - which only gives you days. During this time, a tree from a neighbouring property collapsed into the property I was buying. This was pointed out to Andersons staff, but because the missives had then been signed (the only time I could get in!), it was MY problem. I found them to be abrupt on the phone and extremely unhelpful. I would not recommend this company to anyone who asks.... Read more

This company has tried to sell the same property 3 times and each time it has fallen through. Probably due to there pathetic unprofessionalism. Each time I have tried to arrange a viewing and each time I have been met with pathetic estate agency practice. They are lazy, arrogant and totally incompetent. Avoid like the plague.... Read more
