Great service, always fully updated with process. I ended you renting a house through them and hand over of keys was 5 mins, really quick. That was on a Friday and I wasn't gonna move in until Tuesday with being at work but I took stuff over to the house on Saturday night to get ahead a bit and didn't realise the door had a security lock on it so when I shut the door it locked and my keys were inside (house and car). Anyways they let me pick up the spare keys from the gateshead office and let me drop them back in at the sunderland office next to where I moved (giving me a bit of ribbing when I picked the keys up "you haven't moved in yet and you've already locked yourself out!". Lovely girls at both offices. Fully recommended

We have just recently moved out of our house in Sunderland and moved to East Boldon. The staff in both offices have been so helpful. They went above and beyond for both transactions. Our property sold day after going on the market but unfortunately fell through after a month. The staff straight away got us prospective buyers the very next day and again it sold the same day. They helped with every step of the way. Can’t praise them enough.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of selling.

I asked this agency to take over the management of my property (a house split into four self-contained flats), and initially they seemed very keen. Two flat were empty, two were occupied. They even took a rental payment off one of the tenants. They asked for paperwork. I gave them all there was and said they could get gas and electric safety certificates done on one of the flats that didn't have them - and I'll pay for them up-front. Then they very unexpectedly decided they didn't want to manage the property and very rudely stopped answering my emails. From the outset I offered to pay up-front for anything and everything that needed doing, gave them far more documentation than any new landlord would have. They said that because they "don't have all the paperwork" (read into that what you will…) they “couldn't” take over the management. It beggars believe that a company that makes money from managing properties doesn't want to manage properties! And so rude! They should not be in business.
