I was kept informed every step of the way with the lovely Andrea and Jessica. All emails answered quickly when I had any questions. They took care of all viewings and the price I was quoted in the beginning was the same at the end. Very happy with everything.

The whole team have been excellent from start to finish.<br>They have explained everything along the way.<br>The thing I felt most helpful compared to my last estate agent is that they always answer the phone and anyone from the team will help you with your enquiry - you don’t need to wait for the specific person handling your sale. This meant I was never waiting around for call backs etc.<br>They regularly emailed me updates without having to chase them.<br>Would highly recommend.<br>Thanks again!

We can't thank the team at Andrew Craig, South Shields enough for helping us with the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home.<br>From start to finish they have been absolutely fantastic, from Darren coming to our home for the initial appointment and knowing his field (he was highly recommended from another client whose property was up for sale with them, which we viewed). Whilst we hope not to move again, they would be our number one choice if we were to. Special thanks to Jackie for looking after us throughout ??????

Over the long and sometimes arduous process of moving house, good , amicable communication is key to its successful completion. Keeping ppl regularly updated can prevent the collapse of a deal. I'de like to commend Jackie at the South Shields branch for doing just that. I'm now at the final stage and looking foward to the move. Many Thanks!

Alex and Julie were fantastic with the sale of our property. Alex was quick to come out to give us a valuation and the photos she took really showcased our property. Truly the most amazing experience with the girls in the Gosforth office. Our home went on the market 3 times after buyers pulling out and each time they were straight into action getting it sorted for us. From the minute I enquired they were straight round, with the most competitive fee, and the house was on the market within the week. It took us over a year start to finish to sell, and knowing we were also looking to buy a new house they were always sending us possible properties and I just felt like they were really rooting for us. Particular shoutout to Sarah for her unwavering advice, Ellie and Emma for always being at the end of the phone, and Allison for handling the sale. Our sale wasn’t easy but they made us feel like we were all in it together and I can’t thank them enough.
