Not impressed at all. They cancelled 2 viewings that I had agreed with them. A very lame excuse was made for the first cancellation but they just cancelled the second viewing without giving me a reason. I wonder if they told their clients who had instructed them to try and sell their property for them, that they were turning down viewings from prospective purchasers!!... Read more

Steer well clear. Promise the earth but do not follow through. Had to provide majority of photos ourselves as their photos so dark, had to chase up to get listing on their website as they don't manage it, been left with a damaged wall since December due to For Sale sign (still not fixed) we had to chase every bit of feedback despite being promised at start, threatened with 28 day release clause even though our contract was for 5 months and no longer and now refuse to walk over street to pass our keys to new Estate Agent. Used them before and great but this time have been awful.... Read more
