Took ages to resolve issues with the property including essential ones.
Coming at the property every few months to take photos indoors, felt very invasive.

If I could give these people zero stars, I would!, but won't allow !
I had a person living next door to me for four long years! It's was absolutely hell from day one that the person moved in. Cannabis coming into our house, police there all the time, the person was arrested 4 times, sectioned 3 times, has been abusive to all the neighborhood. It's only that this person who was continuously intoxicated with cannabis assaulted a neighbour was finally evicted. He had a six month eviction notice but nothing was done. Watts & Morgan did nothing in the 4 years of us constantly telling them about this abusive person via hundreds of emails. Give this company a wide birth, totally unprofessional people to deal with. They put my family through hell! They didn't even check this person out before being housed, the same problems were happening 10 years ago with the cannabis smell with this person. Total waste of time! All they were interested in is getting their money!!! No duty of care to any of the neighborhood!!
No quality of life for any of the neighbours for the last four years. Couldn't even sit in your own garden without being intoxicated with cannabis fumes, or worse still, abuse and violence!!
Keep well clear of Watts & Morgan of Cowbridge!!!!

We’re currently in the process of a formal Subject Access Request and deposit dispute with this agency.
At the initial viewing, the agent openly apologised for the poor condition of the property, specifically mentioning the unpleasant smell of wet dog and the previous tenant’s paintwork. Because these issues were acknowledged by the agency themselves, we didn’t feel the need to raise a formal complaint. Instead, we resolved the problems ourselves, trusting that this goodwill would be reflected at the end of the tenancy.
Sadly, that hasn’t been the case. We’re now facing what we feel are unjustified deposit deductions, and are currently seeking full documentation under GDPR. If needed, we will escalate to the ICO and TDS.
We’ll update this review depending on how the situation is handled going forward.

Firstly, it really helped that office works so tightly together, with everybody well informed on the properties on their books. As with most properties there is a lot of back and forth and the response rate on this was fantastically fast, always someone at the end of the phone (definitely the strong link in the chain). They understand the market, transaction and legal process intricately, and on many occasion gave top notch advice on this that you would struggle to find elsewhere. With the help of Richard and his team, were able to complete on a transaction that might have otherwise been a lot harder had we not gone to Watts & Morgan. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for professional and highly qualified estate agency.

I could not fault Natalie and Laura for helping me through purchasing a property through them. From the first day I rang to arrange a viewing I was greeted by such politeness by a gentleman on the phone, to a warm and welcoming viewing with Natalie and a relatively easy process with the seller and Laura. The day I picked up my keys I was greeted with a friendly team in a wonderful office in Cowbridge. Thank you all so much for giving me the smoothest journey I could wish for, especially doing so on my own. Will definitely recommend you to anyone and use you in the future!

I cannot talk highly enough about the service I recently received from Watts and Morgan in Cowbridge.
I asked a few estate agents to value my house when I was looking to sell and Lewys has brilliant, advising on how to maximise value but also being realistic about what would be achieved. From the initial valuation by Richard, the viewings by Matthew and the dealings we had with several other members of the team including Lewys, Laura and Natalie, we found the whole team to be professional and reliable with excellent communication throughout. Endless emails to get anything repaired. A banister came off which took months to fix, I even had an email asking who else used the banister and how much weight did they put on it!!!
Recently emailing for months to get a window handle fixed....

Fantastic service. All queries answered speedily, and wanting to take measurements, we did ask to revisit the property we are buying a number of times. Nothing is too much trouble and they were happy to accommodate us at short notice. The team are really friendly and we would use them in the future as we are impressed with their professionalism for all parties.
