I have recently rented a property through ariya properties and have had an amazing service till date. Dipesh has gone above and beyond to help us settle in and resolve any concerns. Soon after moving in we had a very minor water leak and dipesh had a plumber out for us on the same day to resolve the problem. Very responsive and very high service. Dipesh has also been messaging us after to check in on us, which we really appreciated. Would highly recommend them.

ARIYA Lettings is a privilege to deal with, from the start of my viewing the property , right through the procedures of Monies, References and different stages we were at , we were completely informed and everything was dealt with professionally and to a very high Standard, The people we dealt with were very friendly and positive and nothing was too much trouble for them, I would definitely recommend this Lettings Agent to anyone, it was most definitely 5 star service

Google really need to have a no star rating. I'm not sure how you can have 2 to 10 staff. But none has answered your phones for the last 3 days ?????????????????????? not even the phone line for landlords or tenants is being answer. I really would AVOID this company!!!

**READ AND AVOID** Dipesh seemed very lovely to begin with, when he showed us round the property we was interested in. When checking the property we noticed back door was broke... and no cooker was there. We questioned it and asked if we wanted to proceed with this would it be rectified? And he replied with of course and before we move in. So few days before we actually move in and Dipesh calls me and tells me he hasn't got the cooker yet and need someone to professionally install it so our moving day would be delayed. Our actual moving day we got the keys and entered and the back door WAS NOT fixed. We could not get most of our furniture inside the house so it was left outside until it was fixed. This took a good few days and luckily for us it didn't rain. The whole period of us living at the property was mixed, problems with the back door continued at least 10 times! Issuing us 4 sets of keys. One time us being locked out of the house and when we called Dipesh we got the impression that "it's your problem" this resulted my partner climbing through a 2nd floor window! We had issues with a leaking boiler and alot of times no shows from the plumber. And when he did turn up they didn't fix the problem and seemed very rude. I could go on and on as the problems were endless and not getting fixed. Then upon a straight forward check out it was such a horrible experience. This brought out the true colours of Dipesh. I was horrified at how unprofessional he was. When checking the property he said it was unrentable but agreed for new tenants to move in 2 days later! He said he would give us time to correct whatever he wasn't happy with, but he agreed next day for the people to sort the property out. He ignored messages from my partner asking him to send him quotes before getting the work done and he authorised the work to be done despite this! Hence the hefty invoice of £1,500! He was unprofessional confronting me him and the new tenants on a 3-way call! Please avoid this agency and go with an agency that is well known. That is my mistake. Most of their reviews are from family and friends. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I have recently moved into my rental property with the help from Dipesh. From the first viewing Dipesh was very nice, easy going and I had a great experience viewing the property nothing compared to the other viewings I have had.
Since then I had a second viewing and then put my deposit down. The whole process Dipesh was very efficient and made me feel at ease so I knew I was making the right decision. I definitely recommend this estate agent ????

I received recommendations for Ariya Properties through a good friend who has let many of their properties out through Dipesh. I am so grateful to have found such an honest and reliable agent who not only worked tirelessly to find me the best suitable tenants but was proactive every step of the way. Dipesh has been a god-send during a very tumultuous time where our previous tenants, through a different agency, had left my property in a less than desirable state. He calmed my anxiety by giving me confidence that he'd find the right tenants and he did just that in a very short amount of time. I'm happy to be doing business with him; my experience of being a landlord is now looking much more viable with Dipesh on board! Highly recommend this company.
My property went on the letting market and within 2 days viewings took place. Once a suitable tentant was found a refurbish took place within 2 weeks before christmas. All the management was carried out by Ariya services and I had to simply hand over the keys. I am very happy with the service Dipesh has provided all the help and quick timing has been great. My property is managed in good hands and I would highly recommend Ariya property to everyone looking to put their property on the market.
