We have just completed the sale of our home and what we believe is the purchase of our forever home in Blakeney.
Arnold’s Keys was the estate agent acting on behalf of the seller of the house we were purchasing but we were kept in the loop far more than our own Estate Agents (So***bys) they didn’t just wait for call backs they got answers when we asked them.
We would personally like to say a big “Thank You” to all the staff at Arnolds Keys Sheringham especially Charlie Green, who was unbelievable, she was constantly on the phone getting answers and asking all the right questions to satisfy our requests.
We found Arnold Keys to be a superb Estate Agent at getting answers and results because they do not just wait for call backs, or emails to turn up, they pick up the phone and communicate with all parties when you are in a chain in a sale and you want the process updates, rather than just waiting for a call from your solicitor.
They truly deserve the 5/5 rating we give them and if we could we would give them 6/5 just for Charlie Green’s efforts

Such a very professional yet friendly service. I was on the market with very beautiful photos within a day of my request. A buyer was found immediately.
Although I decided to withdraw from the market,staff continued to treat me with respect and understanding,never trying to push me into anything.
When the time is right I will definitely ask again for their services.

We've moved house twice in just over 3 years and on both occasions Arnolds Keys offered their assistance and advice at every step of the way. With Clive and his team, it genuinely never seemed about just selling us a house but about finding the right home for our family.
We really can't recommend Arnolds Keys highly enough and we wouldn't buy or sell locally with anybody else.

Awful experience with this company. Buying and selling property is already stressful, but a poor agent makes it far worse. Communication was terrible, the property brochure was subpar, and at no point did I feel they were acting in my best interests. I had to escalate a formal complaint and seek advice from the Property Ombudsman. They seemed completely unaware—or indifferent—to the stress they caused. I’ve worked with excellent estate agents before, and this was the complete opposite. It will be a relief when Rightmove allows private sellers to bypass agencies like this.

Your reply for those who didn't see it "Hi Jenny. We're sorry to see your silent review - we've been scratching our heads, but we can't work out what this relates to. Please feel free to get in touch to elaborate, so we can understand what happened."
This is an example of the passive aggressive approach we had from the team throughout. I'm not surprised you don't know who we are, as no one ever seemed to know who I was when I called about our sale.
Our experience started when Keys tried to poach us from a different estate agent. They emailed us with an unprofessional email advising us our estate agents had closed overnight without anyone knowing about it and left us in the lurch. (This wasn't true, we had been informed throughout). They told us they were surprised our property hadn't sold as the market was buoyant and should get our asking price.
A month or so later we realised our estate agent being out of the town wasn't the best option and being as keys was the only choice, and false promises of the price they could achieve we reluctantly moved across. Despite the "buoyant" market we were advised to reduce the price, pressured to accept lower than that, and took a number of months to sell.
We used the solicitor recommended by keys (because when we bought through them previously they blamed every delay on our solicitor). Despite this, they still tried to blame every delay on our solicitor, and once again Paul Winterbourne became very aggressive over the phone in pushing to get the sale through. There was miscommunication by Keys regarding items to be left and this led to further dispute and delays, with keys further pushing and trying to intimidate us into leaving very personal items to us. In the end I had to resort to email only as the last thing I wanted in my lunchbreak was to be spoken to in the manner keys, and Paul Winterbourne find acceptable when dealing with their customers.
Unfortunately being the main estate agent in Sheringham has halted their growth in terms of customer service. Perhaps you could accept this if they could deliver on their promises, unfortunately not.

Huge thanks to everyone at Arnolds Keys, Sheringham, particularly Clive, Paul, Charlie, and Joe, who recently sold a property for us.
This was not an easy sale for them, but they dealt admirably with a couple of hiccups we encountered along the way and went the extra mile to bring the sale to fruition.
The team are highly professional, extremely friendly, provide timely updates, and are always ready to help with queries, thereby providing a first-class service and ensuring a smooth outcome.
We would highly recommend Arnolds Keys.

Telephoned Agents to view a property I had seen to rent in a East Beckham. Believe it was the Norwich office. Incredibly unhelpful and inflexible around viewing. Travelled 17 miles to view this property from the outside. Called office again as I was interested to view inside. Requested agent that they contact Landlord/Landlady to arrange viewing, as interested, but declined. Have decided that I would rather deal with an agency that offer better service and therefore will be viewing other properties later today.
