Thanks to all at Arnold Keys . We sold our house through the team at Aylsham and it could not have been smoother . From accurate market knowledge and sensible price strategy we sold relatively quickly at the price we wanted , information on potential clients, viewings and best options for purchase were clearly explained and advised on, following sale agreement, the process was then followed up with excellent support and regular updates . Excellent service from start to finish. Thanks again

We bought a house through Arnolds Keys in the Aylsham area. Their service from start to finish has been absolutely fantastic. Particularly, Natasha and Lizzie who have been utterly amazing. Natasha, went above and beyond with sorting our viewing (we had completely missed our viewing slot due to other viewings running late) without her, we may never have even seen our forever home! Lizzie has been amazing throughout, consistently keeping us updated, and pushing things through, and always such a happy, positive and organised person to deal with. The whole process has made buying a house feel easy! We could not be more grateful to the team at Arnolds Keys!

My email name is a result of using my email account for work. My name is Catherine Clark and I decided to sell my cottage in Sheringham through Arnolds Keys. They were the agent when we bought the property 27 years ago and we have had an excellent relationship with the letting arm of their business, Keys Holidays for well over 20 years, hence deciding to use them when it came time to sell. They produced an excellent brochure and found us a buyer within a fortnight of putting the cottage on the market. I particularly like the fact that, no matter who I spoke to in the Sheringham office, everyone had detailed knowledge of our property and could answer any question I, or indeed our buyer, had. Paul Winterbourne phoned me every week with a progress report, which I really appreciated. From our first request for a valuation, Clive Hedges and Sue Hall were helpful, professional and very approachable and this helpful 'can do' attitude from the whole team has persisted throughout the selling process which culminates in completion next Tuesday. They even sent me a copy of the 360 degree tour which was part of the details on Rightmove. I was delighted by this because the link to the tour on Rightmove was no longer available when tge details were removed from the site. We would not hesitate to recommend Arnolds Keys in Sheringham. We've had a totally positive experience, for which we are sincerely grateful.
