It was our first time with this estate agency. Unfortunately, we experienced poor customer service: The property’s full address (including the number) wasn’t given so we had to find it ourselves by going off rightmove’s photos. Didn’t receive a confirmation email for the viewing. Lack of communication on the day of the viewing - waited outside the front door when the preferred entrance was the back door which we weren’t informed of. Should have been informed that offers were made before the viewing as the agent knew beforehand we weren’t immediately ready. Therefore, we would’ve had the option to cancel the viewing without wasting everyone’s time.... Read more

He was knowledgeable, friendly, never pushy and always so considerate to what we wanted as buyers. We have just completed on our property on Friday 14/7/23 we used Ashcombe Estate agents, Valerie was very helpful in pricing the property at the right price, the viewings came in thick and fast, and within a couple of weeks we had a few offers on the table, but she helped us to choose the right one for us. She helped me understand solicitors paperwork as I am not from the uk and do not understand the system for selling property. Valerie guided me through any difficult obstacles that arose and helped me address them. She also went above and beyond what agents are required to and even helped me pack when I was pushed for time.
