5 stars! Tom was fantastic from our very first viewing through to helping us secure the property as quickly as possible.<br><br>The vendors initially agreed to a chain break as a condition of the sale, but unfortunately changed their minds once the solicitors had got the ball rolling. This was understandably really disheartening, but Tom went above and beyond to find out the full details of the chain so that we had a clear understanding of the situation and could make informed decisions moving forward.<br><br>The vendors were also initially reluctant to allow us access to the property prior to exchange, but Tom was incredibly helpful in managing what was a tricky situation and worked hard to help us overcome this.<br><br>We really appreciated all of Tom’s help, communication and persistence throughout the process. Tom and Kev have been a pleasure to work with in the sale of our house. They are very proactive with innovative ideas to market your home. We live abroad and they have gone over and above, dealing with all viewings on our behalf and keeping an eye on our property. Updates and market conditions were provided on a weekly basis and notification of viewings with reminders were sent promptly, with feedback from viewers provided. Any questions were answered straight away. They listened to how we wanted to market and show the property.<br><br>The most important part though is that they achieved a sale at a normally quiet time of the year. With Kev’s trade knowledge to assist potential buyers with a vision for any improvements and Tom’s professional but charming updates they are a perfect team to represent you. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with and I have no doubt that they will continue to assist through the final stages to complete this sale. I would highly recommend them, they are everything you need in an estate agent and lovely to deal with!
