Atlas is the most efficient estate agent I have ever dealt with. I am in property and have dealt with many agents over the years but this company's standards for communication and service are far superior than any I have come across. Whilst more expensive than some online agents , the service that you will receive will be worth it especially when it can be so stressful selling or buying a property . I would highly recommend this company

Really happy with Atlas once we had a buyer. Staff were really helpful and the process was good. Unfortunately we did feel the initial valuation was way off and probably a “lure” to get you in. Once we dropped the price to something more realistic we got a buyer. Think the valuations need work.

Brilliant form start to finish. I had three estate agents for valuation. Atlas were the agents who made me feel the most comfortable and didn’t rush me. Pro pictures as part of the service. The period marketing the house went smoothly, as did the offer process. I was kept informed of all milestones or key events like offers/viewings/cancellations etc. atlas organised and presented the house for me for viewings. When I price was agreed, Atlas passed me to the sales team. Claire was brilliant. Always professional and upbeat. Helped push both sets of solicitors along when they needed. I always know where I was up to.
I’d definitely recommend to someone else. And use again myself.

Over the past 6 months we have been trying to buy a house in Liverpool to be near our family. We have used Atlas Estate Agents in Allerton.
Danielle was the first estate agent we dealt with when we were trying to purchase a house in Calderstones Avenue. She was really helpful and efficient and tried her best to secure the property for us but unfortunately we were in a chain where our buyer hadn't sold and the lady in Calderstones couldn't wait any longer. However, we were really pleased with Danielle's care, commitment and help to us.
We then found a house in Baroncroft Road and the agent in charge of this was Bobbi Scott. Again, she has been so helpful, efficient and caring and we're delighted that our offer was accepted on the property yesterday.

Danielle was helpful with any queries I had and would always be sure to get back in touch with me as soon as possible whenever I had sent over an email or gave her a phone-call. Even anytime I rang the atlas office, every colleague on the phone was very polite and helpful.
Although I did not go through with any of them, atlas give you the help of the optional breeze move portal where you can choose a solicitor and even give you a list of mortgage advisors/brokers you can use. I found this to be very helpful as it gave me more options to look into when choosing a solicitor.

Me & my partner recently sold our property through Atlas Estate Agents and could not fault them in any way shape or form. They were professional, attentive and so helpful throughout the whole process.
Even after our chain broke down after losing our buyer, the property was back on the market same day and tied up again within a week (their brilliant social media helped with this too).
Special mention to Pippa who valued our property, Bobbi, Danielle & Carolyn who dealt with all of our offers and were always so quick to come back to us, and Claire & Jane in sales progression who made sure we got it over the line in the quickest possible way.

I had a disappointing experience with Atlas Estate Agents. On the morning of completion day (a Friday), before completion had taken place, I received a call chasing payment of their commission. I had exchanged contracts on the Wednesday and was already under pressure dealing with the move.
At the start, I was told I would have a dedicated sales agent managing the process, but this did not happen. Only one viewing was arranged in over a month. That viewing was scheduled for a Saturday, the viewer did not attend, and I was unable to contact anyone at the agency over the weekend.
The eventual buyer came through a neighbour rather than through the agent’s marketing. Despite this, I proceeded with Atlas as the buyer contacted them directly.
Overall, based on my experience, I felt the service did not meet my expectations and offered limited value. I would not recommend Atlas Estate Agents.

Atlas were more expensive than others to sell my property. They suggested a lower sale price too. However, I went with Atlas because I thought they were realistic. They found a buyer within 4-6 weeks or so.
Their online videos of the property on Instagram are exceptional, they often use a drone and having backing music etc.
The organisation during the sale process is good. With easy to read milestones.
They offer a solicitor shortlist - but you are free to choose your own - I choose my own, but they had good prices listed.
There is a small fee to check your identity/source of funds I think it was under £50.
Their office is well staffed. I don't think I called them once, they always called me first. So I would recommend as selling / buying properties is stressful and they were well organised.

Jessica in the Liverpool office has been amazing throughout. We had an excellent service selling our home through Atlas Estate Agents.They were friendly and knowledgeable of the local property market.
The initial valuation meeting went well and we were sold on their enthusiasm, methods and drive to get viewings. A suitable offer came in very quickly.
We were a little confused with the role of their sale progression team when they took over. They just appeared to give weekly updates from the parties solicitors rather than driving activity for completion. This said, when there was a slight stumble they did politely push the parties involved.
They were ever so slightly more expensive than the other agents but they got the job done so we're well worth it. All told we would use this estate agents again because they were friendly, knowledgeable and delivered. Thank you Atlas Estate Agents.

What a journey - approximately 18-months from finding our new home until we moved in. Atlas were there for about 16-months after we put our house on the market with them following 3 different valuations from other agents (one online / DIY agent). Atlas provided a valuation at the lower - mid end but we felt that the others had overvalued our house to gain our business and we would likely have to lower the asking price in due course. We also felt that Atlas provided a more bespoke service geared to our needs and valued their local knowledge and experience.
The photographer / house plan developer was very good providing excellent photographs far better than we would have been able - another reason we didn't go with the DIY agent. The plan wasn't 100% accurate (we didn't expect it to be given the house size and complexity) but Atlas provided lots of opportunities to fine tune it and we were fully consulted on the final 'brochure' (yes, there was one but it's basically all online now).
In discussion with Atlas we felt that given the nature of the house viewings should be undertaken by ourselves which was frankly very tiring but we felt it was the best option given our intimate knowledge of the house.
Our first buyers pulled out (financial reasons) but Atlas were on the case straight away and the house was on the market with viewings booked within a week. This second time Atlas also provided the services of a videographer with a drone and the exactly one minute video got over 300,000 viewings on Tik Tok.
Second time around things took there time but Atlas were with us all the way advising on our buyers position wrt offer / financial position / chain etc. At all times the decision on whether to move forward or not was ours.
Eventually, the sale went through as I said earlier after about 16-months!
I would recommend Atlas for their friendly professionalism and ability to understand your needs / wants and help you get the best price for your home.

My house was on the market for 3 months with another estate agency, and despite countless viewings received no offers - in part because the house was initially overpriced, and in part because of the fact that everyone at the agency seemed to be too overworked to properly do the job of selling my house. The process of working with the agency was, as a result, chaotic, with many different people being involved in handling viewings, little reporting back to me on feedback from those, and a number of mistakes, like people showing up for viewings at times I couldn't do them. Working with Atlas, in comparison, was a dream. They were consummate professionals from the get-go, from giving me one person to liaise with on selling my home, to the high quality images of my home they produced (including 360 degree room viewings), arranging viewings and getting a sale - they handled the viewings, arranged multiple viewings at once, and secured a very good offer within hours of the first viewings. Atlas have been superb at every point of my relationship with them. I’ve both bought property with them and let out and had property managed with them. Their professional and friendly approach is brilliant. My interactions so far have been with Kate and Karon and I honestly can’t praise them enough. I finished my latest renovation and went away for a week, when I returned the place had been listed, viewed many times, offers taken, references completed and there were multiple options of tenants lined up ready to move forward - I’m massively impressed with this turn around so all credit to the team. I was also kept updated every step of the way which reduced the need for waiting around - no need to call to check where we’re up to as every interaction is fed back by email and in the online portal which is massively appreciated. When I went into the branch I was always greeted by multiple people in the team, all trying to welcome me and help however they can. I can’t emphasise enough just how refreshing this has been in contrast to my experiences with one of the larger national agents based just down the road where I couldn’t even get a call returned! This independent business is head and shoulders above the bigger names close by and I will definitely work with them again. Now onto the next one ????????

Karon advised the staff in the Allerton Rd office would be dealing with our sale and that they would stay in contact with us throughout all the different stages of the sale.
Bobbi was our main contact in the office, she was always very polite when contacting us.
We were kept up to date not only by phone, but by text, and we had access to the app.
Atlas also recommended a solicitor. This solicitor was not forced upon us, but is one that has been dealing with Atlas for some time now and so would make the sale smoother.
We can not fault Atlas at all, we would recommend them and would use them in the future.

My partner and I chose Atlas Estate Agents after interviewing 8 local estate agents. They came out as our clear favourite and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we ever made. Not long completed after a very long drawn out sequence of events. All in all not bad but not great. Special credit however must go to Jane who progressed the sale at the latter stages. She dealt with a number of issues very professionally. A word of advice if you use Atlas DO NOT USE THEIR SOLICITORS. We were informed from the outset that they use local solicitors and that this could speed up the process ........(very disingenuous) we later discovered that we were allocated a solicitor from Preston, with the head office being in Peterborough, seeing as we were based in Liverpool this is not very local !!!!!!!!. Also they were very poor at attention to detail as we had to correct them on numerous simplistic matters such as getting names wrong on documents (on more than one occasion) and details such as purchase price. As stated earlier AVOID and use your own solicitors

They only do after inspections the week before Someone moves in… so you could be waiting a month before they do their inspection during that time when you have cleaned when you’ve left ( they have viewings with multiple people going in and out ) and then do their inspection and says it’s not clean, they should do the inspection as soon as you have given the keys back.

After 2 years of searching, being gazumped on multiple occasions and a million and one viewings, we finally managed to find our first home through Atlas, and the experience has been fantastic from start to finish. Having previously dealt with the used car salesman style of a nearby agent where every contact just felt like they were squeezing more money out of us, Jane and Elaine were friendly, calm and made things happen as quickly as possible. Atlas have been managing our property in Garston for 2.5 years now and we are very happy with the service they provide. Their rates are competitive, they are very proactive and they are always available to talk to when needed and quick to get back to us with information when we have a query. We don't live in Liverpool and it's great to have agents who proactively manage every aspect of letting our property. They also ensured we were not left out of pocket and successfully secured us a deduction from the deposit when our last tenant vacated and left some rubbish which needed cleaning and some other remedial work to be taken. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Atlas. I've mainly dealt with Will but all of the staff I've had contact with have been great.

My son has also had problems trying to view a property. He has an AIP for less than the value of the property but has managed to save the difference (15k) during lockdown. He is a key worker and works long hours due to the pandemic and is frustrated trying to arrange viewings and also getting his AIP amended in what little free time he has. As a first time buyer he is in a strong position to buy quickly and surely the AIP just shows how much he is able to borrow against his salary and therefore any additional deposit won't affect this.
I just wonder whether the vendors are aware of this practice. Also it doesn't seem to apply to other agents.

Absolutely shocking. Tried to lease us a flat that failed a lot of legal requirements and refused refund of down payments. Appalling customer service, very rude staff and took forever to respond.
Responding comment is completely untrue. We leased a flat, had a move in date, set utilities up and then had the place double checked again. It didn't meet numerous building regs etc so we contacted them to try and sort this out. Landlord refused the necessary work to bring it up to code and we cancelled our lease.
