Michael helped me to quickly get my flat rented in the centre of Birmingham. I was in quite a bit of trouble as the tenant had left and the flat was dirty and full of items. Michael found a tenant, organised to clean the flat, ordered new chairs, EICR and inventory! Can’t recommend him and his team highly enough!

I could not recommend azure residential enough. Luca made the process so easy for me and my friend to move in. We couldn’t attend an in person viewing so he sent over updated video tours right away. We were in a hurry to move, so I asked to start an application. It was sent over right away and the whole process from seeing the flat to moving in was only 11 days. There was no issues and on moving day he introduced me to the site manager right away, showed me to the flat and handed the keys over. He was constantly in touch even at the weekends when he was with his family. Going above and beyond doesn’t even do justice. We couldn’t be more grateful for how easy they made this move. Thank you soo so much!

Outstanding service from the guys here. Called up that I had to move into a property immediately and they were able sort everything out in the span of 4 days. Really dug us out of a deep hole and couldn’t be more thankful for them. Communication is spot on and are clearly happy helping with any questions. I’ve been with several estate agents in the last few years and these have by far been the easiest to work with. Cheers guys and keep up the good work ??????

Having used a large national agent last time out and having a disappointing experience i decided to give a local independent firm a chance. We had three estate agents round before deciding who to go with and Azure Residential stood out immediately.
Luca clearly knows the local market inside out and his approach felt very different to the bigger agencies we met with. No hard sell, just honest advice and a clear plan.
Within the first week we had multiple viewings and an offer we were really happy with. What impressed us most was the level of communication. Luca & Mike personally updated us after every viewing and guided us through the whole process right up to completion.
We’ve sold previously and found the whole process quite stressful, but this time round was nothing at all like that.
Would absolutely recommend.
