When we relisted Stefan then got us another offer above home report within a week again! A daunting task , but meeting with Stefan and his associate Aisling we were very happy on how they conducted the house viewings and kept us fully informed at all times .
We were also very happy with their recommendation to use Filmworks to add to the house schedule online video ,that provided potential buyers added information on the property .

We had a really positive experience throughout with Batchelor’s. Stefan and team were excellent over the past few months. We felt comfortable with Stefan from the start. The marketing available to us was a big sell, we thought it was great value, with lots of pictures of the house and drone footage. Lots of people commented on the quality of the pictures, we thought they were excellent and really showed off the house.
We had great interest in the house and had lots of viewings. While that’s important, we thought the constant communication throughout was key. We were updated regularly, and never needed to chase. Anytime we needed a viewing covered, it was never an issue for Batchelor’s to cover. Just made a really stressful period just a little less stressful and couldn’t thank them enough. Highly recommend.

Just want to give a good review to Stefan Batchelor, even though I didn't go ahead and use his full services in selling my buy-to-let flat as I sold privately to the tenant. But he was very friendly on the phone, gave me a free valuation and great advice about Home Reports and the current climate in the Glasgow property market - plus he introduced me to the best conveyancing solicitor in Glasgow (maybe Scotland - UK even!) Hazel Clark at Strefford Tulips. I would't hesitate to recommend Stefan to anyone needing an estate agent in Glasgow and in fact, I have recommended him to the other property owners in the tenement building where I used to have the flat in case they're thinking of selling.

Initially we were unsure about using this estate agent as we hadn’t heard of his company before but so glad we did.
He was recommended to us as we were selling the property of a family member who had passed away.
We wanted to do the viewing ourselves to make sure we believed it was the right person for the home.
Stefan listened to our criteria for selling as we didn’t want a buy to let purchaser and we had restricted viewing due to Geography but due to Stefan’s professional, pro-active approach he organised exactly what we wanted, from the photographs of the house with high profile advertising, to blocking the viewings together on scheduled days, to keeping in constant contact with ourselves and prospective buyers - some with second viewings. Stefan was always immediately available and drove progress forward. We had numerous offers and had sold the house in a matter of weeks. From the first advert to the money in the bank a total of 6 weeks.
Thank you Stefan for your attention to detail and organising skills to make this as painless as possible and for taking the stress out of the process.

Stefan’s knowledge and experience brought us a great deal of comfort during what is usually a very stressful time.
Stefan is so friendly and approachable, and kept in touch with us regularly throughout our process bringing us updates, even on weekends and after hours. His level of contact is fantastic and there’s never a moment where you feel out of the loop and uninformed.
Stefan makes you feel like you’re his number 1 priority.
Stefan’s price was extremely competitive, and his photography, including drone photographs, blew us away. He has access to all the major internet sites people use to browse potential homes, such a RightMove etc.
His use of social media is also fantastic. His eye catching posts attract extra interest and are all laid out in a great format.
I would recommend Stefan to anyone considering buying or selling a home. His personality, knowledge, experience and pricing make him the only choice people should consider.

He knew that the key exchange was to happen about an hour before my solicitor! And the office space is lovely too- 6 stars if I could give them, honestly would recommend.

Having spent the last couple of years looking almost daily for a new house, I have seen what the local estate agents offer first hand and Batchelors was a stand out.
It was an easy choice to use them to sell my own property.
I have no doubt that I would never have made the amount I did for my property but for Stefan’s personal care and attention into providing a top service.
I cannot praise his business enough.
Unlike others, Stefan was there round the clock for every minor query I had, never palmed off to an answer machine and having to chase him up. That mattered to me at a stressful time.
His product is exceptional. He took 56 photographs of my home tbh making it look better than I expected and including numerous drone photos which highlighted the proximity of nearby amenities. Most other agents take the bog standard 15-20 photos.
The best review I can give is that no issue was too small and that he was a standout in his marketplace.

It is often said that selling a property can be a expensive and stressful experience. For this reason I decided to reach out to Stefan at Youmove.
My reason for this was simple. Stefan is well known within the estate agency sector’s and I had complete confidence in his ability to Market my investment property and carry it through to closing the sale as well as drawing on his repeatable connections within the legal market.
Without dropping the ball so much as once, Stefan understood my needs and key objectives immediately and never let them out his sights. He took full ownership from start HH to finish and worked with tenacity throughout many unwanted teething issues and endless difficulties from buyers and their solicitors. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish by Stefan. The communication was second to none, being kept up to date with every aspect of both buying and selling the properties .The service was outstanding and was dealt with in a very professional manner .My mums house was sold within 10 days of it going on the market for a great price!
