From the start Mike and his team were a pleasure to work with. They gave us solid, real-world advice on how to present our house for sale and worked with us to agree our final sale price. Our house was on the market 48hrs after giving them access – we then accepted an offer 24hrs after that. The solicitors they recommended were also superb.
