It incredibly frustrating to deal with a lack of communication and agreements are not honored, especially concerning financial transactions like deposits. Guaranteed they gonna rob your deposit. They eat my full deposit. Keep asking for 3 months for deposit and they always said next week and next week you will get it back,but after 3 months they got so many excuses to keep all your money. If anyone wants any property from them keep in mind you Gona loose your whole deposit. When we entered the property it was covid Time May 2020 . Previous tanent didn't cleared his stuff even after 2 weeks. Property was full of rubbish and smelly old mattress, we requested many times to get it cleared but Bell Homes didn't bothered. I paid from own pockets to remove the mess and deep clean. So many times ask for paint Mr Ali from "Bell Homes" said do it yourself otherwise landlord will increase the rent it's only £20 a bucket of paint.... Read more

Worst. They somehow will eat your deposit amount. Once you are in then they are not going to listen to your problems related to that property. I have emails showing that i have paid for the cleaner in form of deductions from deposit. I would definitely NEVER recommend them.... Read more

TOTAL FRAUDE!!!! They are liers and so called.They showed me a property in leyton of studio flat which has it's own garden. They told me I will have my own privacy and no one can use the garden.But when I moved in I realised there were dogs living on the other side of garden.WHAT A JOKE!!!!! When I asked them about dogs they said they were here only in evenings, are you joking with me.I left the property next day because my partner doesn't like dogs.After that they kept all the deposite.So people be carefull.
