10th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Agency Gave house without cleaning and struggled a lot and faced worst time of time of one month with bed bug bitting. Also they dint take responsibility. So vacated with in one month and stayed most of my time outside the bed bug flat during that one month time
14th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Warning: Serious Misconduct and Potential Fraud I agreed a sale price with Amaal Mahmood Khan at Brian Thomas Estate Agents. During the process, he insisted on altering the agreed price on the official paperwork to a lower figure and taking the difference in cash. This would have cheated the property owner and is essentially mortgage/property fraud. Anyone considering instructing him to sell their property should be extremely cautious. Amaal tries to negotiate cash payments with buyer and does not tell seller real offer. In my case he lied to the seller about the amount i offered and if i had gone ahead the seller would have lost out on thousands of pounds that Amaal was demanding to receive in cash off the books. I strongly advise to avoid this agency and this dishonest man.
25th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)The most rudest and ignorant estate agents I have ever met. Please save yourself the trouble and do not work with this estate agent and especially not Haseeb. Throughout my time of renting a property from this agent, he has neglected his duties and then had the audacity to keep the deposit after I left the property. This estate agents and Haseeb have no humanity nor manners whatsoever.
21st Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I strongly advise landlords to be extremely cautious when dealing with Fair Links Estate Agents. My experience has been deeply disappointing and has resulted in significant financial loss. The company Directors, Ali Muhammad and Arif Muhammad, were friends with the tenant and looked at his interest rather than the Landlords. Throughout the tenancy, my concerns and formal complaints were repeatedly ignored. Communication was poor, emails and letters went unanswered, and I felt that issues were consistently avoided rather than resolved. The tenant Mir Ikhlaq was placed in my property, which fell into substantial arrears—over £30,000—yet despite the agent being fully aware of the outstanding amount, the deposit was released without my consent. This goes against the expectations of transparency and proper procedure under the government?approved deposit protection schemes. When the tenants were finally evicted, the property was left in an unacceptable condition, including hygiene issues and evidence of pests. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Fair Links Estate Agents to any landlord. I would urge others to proceed with caution and ensure they have robust safeguards in place before entrusting their property to this agency.

After leaving the property, he has been trying to contact you regarding his deposit, but you have not returned it and have not responded to his calls, messages or emails.<br><br>I am writing this review because I have seen how difficult it has been for him to get a response from your agency.<br><br>Is this the way you deal with people after they have rented a property from you?
5th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Poor experience especially from Dee. No communication at all to us, and informed us Landlord is happy with us, told us everything is okay then providing us false hope. Keep in mind this is something you must stay transparent with… especially with an asset such as a house, but we were told lies and lies which gave us false hope as mentioned. Dee did not keep us updated, told us numerous different stories, does not have basic interpersonal and communication skills, not sure how he is the manager to be honest. He may have provided other customers good experience but for me and my mum, definitely not. Full of false promises and lies.

Within a week of our open house viewing we are now under offer. So fingers crossed for successful sale. I could go on and on praising these people, the list is endless

18th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.
