Avoid at any costs for Commerical property. Unexplained demands for money. Charging to speak to the landlord. And a 6 month wait for a reply on a query. I simply will never do business with any landlord who uses bells again. An absolute disgrace of a company.

Absolutely terrible service from this company. I’ve called them more than 10 times to view a commercial property and arrange a viewing. They sent me a emails which I filled and sent it back to them and still no response. When I call them back, they keep making excuses that they are short staffed that someone is on annual leave. Like it’s been 2 months how much leave are they on. Ridiculous service, please avoid.

I can only echo the other comments. They are posting false properties, probably only to get your contact details. When you reach out to them it’s only the mailbox, responsible person is currently out of office. Be careful of scams!!!

Absolutely rubbish, I contacted them in regards to 185 Battersea high street shop, I was sent an email with a form which I filled in and sent it back but never heard back from them. I called on numerous times and every time I was told that specific person is on annual leave wonder how many annual leaves are there in a year ! I had to forward the email to a different person every time and still nothing!
Landlords should never put their trust in those cowboys hands! useless, Ignorant, time wasters.
Wish you all the best with your company that will 100% collapse soon.

I would hightly recommend Bells Commercial,cant be happier with the service provided over the years.I live at the address since 2018 and rent with them on Upper Richmond Rd,recently my landlord decided to sell the property,which is rather stressful for any tenant.Bells have found a new home for me within days in the same area and have made the whole process stress free! Im really happy with all aspects of the service provided,efficient,professional and understanding! Well done Bells,keep up the good work!!!thank you!

Tried to evict a family of four during the early days of the pandemic / first lockdown with no reason, blamed it on the owners - Oriel College, Oxford. We'd been really good tenants up to that point as well. Do not trust these people, they shouldn't be in business.

Never answer the phone. Ive been waiting on a reply to my email and countless phone calls for 4 days. Phone rings and then goes dead. Im sure the people who are letting these properties should be concerned. Try and redeem yourself by replying to my email if you wish

Terrible experience with my property agent! She was so so rude, i questioned the ILLEGAL £50 referencing fee and she hung up. Was so unprofessional over email, when she had made errors it was put back on my 'lack of skill'.
Completely put me off flatting through an agency again!

Bells have been my agency for a few months now and I can easily say they're a lovely team of people. I had a pleasant experience with the property management team and the director when there were a few issues in the house as they were very quick and polite during the whole process.

I had a fantastic experience with Bells. Issues were often resolved the very next day after they were raised (e.g. ordering a new mattress, calling out pest control), and the tenant changes and end of tenancy admin processes were seamless. Laura and Amir were very responsive and easy to deal even throughout lockdown, and Bells were reasonable about any wear and tear costs incurred during the tenancy.

A property manager named Laura Cooper is an absolute discredit to this company. Made my tenancy a difficult hell from the beginning. Our central heating system was broken when we moved in. It took 6 months for it to be fixed. She had the audacity to complain about us because we had sent 3 emails asking for it to be fixed. Our washing machine caught fire and hot water stopped working. She did nothing but blame us until we threatened bells with legal action. Then the problems were fixed the next day. I have friends living in a bells property at the moment who have been told by Laura to just leave the property because their shower is broken. She is a complete sociopath with no empathy or kindness and I would never live in a bells property while she still worked there.

As a one of their tenant for 11 years, this is by far worse service and rudest estate agency in U.K.
Especially woman called Laura Cooper maybe the rudest and saddest person you may ever meet. .
We had yearly viewing inspection to the property which was booked 10:00 a.m. By 9:45 a.m. she was in the property.
- I said: hello good morning you are early
- Laura cooper said: I can come in the property whenever I want. (in a very rude tone)
- I said: if you are going to be rude please leave the property
She then: said I have got all house in photo anyway (so without our permission she has taken photo of our entire house)
I have tried to explain her that I am 11 years of tenant and paid over £170k in 11 years of my tenancy in the property. And I paid for the tile in the kitchen and the bathroom as well as the laminate in the hallway.
Please be aware of the person Laura Cooper.
As a 11 years of tenant whom always paid on the and looked after the property as it was my own, I was discussed by Laura cooper emails as well as her personal behaviour toward us

Rubbish agency with fake and misleading ads for commercial property and most likely same for real estate properties. Talking with them on the phone is a real nightmare, aggressive rude and extremely thick. Do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY from these clowns.

Excellent Chartered Surveyours, the team are very helpful, knowledgable, efficient and diligent. I have had the pleasure to deal with a gentleman called Steve who was very professional, insightful and has a vast amount of experience. The whole team are great at Bells but in particular I found Steve to be an asset to the firm and I would definitely recommend them and him for all your commercial property needs as I would definitely do business with them again.

Experts in commercial sales. Steve Coley has built a network of relationships with everyone in his sector over 10 years and due to this old-school way of working, of listening to ‘the word on the street’-miraculously knows what units are about to come onto the market before anyone else. Straight talking knowledgeable negotiator who wants the best outcome for all parties involved (well.. 60/40 for his client).
