From the very beginning, Anna, Suzie and the rest of the Rochford Stokes team were professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. They were always quick to respond, kept us informed, and made every stage of the tenancy feel easy and stress free.<br><br>What really stood out was how reliable and transparent they were. Whether it was moving in, handling day-to-day queries, or managing the check-out process, everything was organised, fair and dealt with promptly. At the end of the tenancy, the deposit return process was smooth and hassle-free, which was greatly appreciated.<br><br>It can be difficult to find a letting agency you can truly trust, but Rochford Stokes exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for an agency that is responsive, professional and genuinely cares about providing a great experience, we would highly recommend getting in touch with them.
20th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)I would like to leave a very positive review for Alex at Foxtons Battersea. Alex has been an incredible support throughout the entire sale process. Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable. He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage. What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us. I highly recommend Foxtons Battersea, and especially Alex, to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and proper support.

8th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Most unprofessional agents I’ve ever dealt with. Took them 5 months to fix a broken fridge of property I’m renting from them. Additionally they are not respecting my contract terms and trying to overcharge me for the end of the tenancy. I have had to hire lawyers to avoid them abusing other more vulnerable tenants

She has been absolutely amazing throughout my entire journey of purchasing my first apartment in the UK.<br><br>From the very beginning, Giulia was incredibly attentive, professional and genuinely committed to helping me find the right property. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and, thanks to her exceptional attention to detail and understanding of my needs, she helped me find an apartment that I am genuinely so happy with.<br><br>As this was my first time purchasing a property in the UK, there were many parts of the process that were completely new to me. Giulia made the entire journey feel incredibly smooth and reassuring.
