Our only criticism is that we would have liked weekly feedback once the listing went live. We felt we should have had a regular call to advise how things were going re interest/viewings. We were lucky and our property sold quickly.... Read more

Communication is non existent until a potential viewer turns up. Viewings conducted by various office staff, when an offer did come in, I’d been doing the viewings! The offer was delivered just before close of office on the Friday. It took until Monday morning to find out what it was. Worst of all the price I was quoted was misleading. Spell out your VAT!...
