The rental team were very unprofessional, I found the communication awful. Not returning calls, messages not passed on etc. I asked questions regarding the property to which I already knew the answer and was flabbergasted when I was not told the truth, then when challenged the staff member became very defensive and aggressive in her tone. Whilst I appreciate this young member of staff may not be skilled in customer service I felt her conduct was inexcusable. The staff would benefit from professional help with customer service in particular the younger team members.... Read more

The service provided was absolutely brilliant from beginning to end. Ben put me at ease from the first time he visited my property and came across as confident and knowledgeable. He gave me an honest valuation of what he believed he could sell my property for and I ended up selling it for £500 less than the asking price. Ellie and Hannah in the office were both always lovely when I had to call in and nothing was ever a problem for them to sort out.
