Stuart is highly efficient and was fantastic at getting my house to market in a matter of days from appointing Benningtons. He arranged viewings in the first week and the second viewing the house was sold......???? This is Stuarts own business so you are dealing with someone who wants to get the job done in a timely manner. When you call, you deal directly with him or Laura so no waiting around for a call back as Stuart doesnt just work 9 to 5. He was tirelessly working to make sure my sale went through even though my buyers were using the worlds most inefficient solicitors. I would without doubt recommend Benningtons to anyone who is looking for an Estate Agent who actually cares about doing a good job from start to end. We 100% recommend Stuart at Benningtons Estate Agents. Stuart goes the extra mile, he is persistent, extremely helpful and his local knowledge is phenomenal. The quality of media content is outstanding, setting Benningtons far above any other agent we have viewed properties with. Stuart even secured viewings for us on properties prior to them reaching the market. We relocated from another county they are by far the best estate agent we have ever encountered. Other agents showed a lack of interest and didn’t follow up after viewings, where Stuart always gained feedback following viewings.
