Berkeleys Estate Agents represented us to sell a lovely Victorian renovated 3 bed flat. From the moment we met Matt, he was warm, professional, and engaging.
He was spot on with the valuation, and made the most fabulous video to introduce the property, along with extremely high quality pictures of the exterior and the various rooms, plus he did a lovely write up to describe the place.
The listing looked exceptional. From that point on the enquiries came in, and soon resulted in a sale. Matt continued to guide the sale through to fruition, holding our hand and the hand of the buyer, every step of the way.
In our opinion Matt and the entire team at Berkeleys are the at the very top of their game, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Natalie and the team at Berkeleys have been helping me with the sale of a family property which was part of a deceased estate for the best part of two years. The whole process has been very long and complicated - but at no stage did I worry that the property and my best interests were not being dealt with the upmost professionalism and care. They have been able to help with everything - advice on the refurbishment, property visits, dealing contractors and neighbours and every other little thing that crops ups during this very stressful time. It is often difficult selling a property for someone else remotely, but I feel that the Berkeleys have gone above and beyond, taken away all the stress and kept me updated at all times. Whilst on a property search in Canford Cliffs starting in late 2018, we viewed numerous properties with Natalie and eventually purchased our new lovely home through her in July 2019. We first used Berkeley's to arrange a long term let for our property on Sandbanks. The Residential Department was very efficient and dealt with any minor issues without troubling us. Ellie has the right personality for the job.
When we decided to sell the property in the unusual times wrought by Covid, the Sales team, led by Natalie, sensibly recommended a price to sell. She only considered potential purchasers who did not have anything to sell and who had evidence of available funds. Her methods proved her right and it was sold within a week.

We found her to be very professional at all times.She was extremely courteous and allowed us plenty of time to view each property , We never felt rushed at any point.Natalie was able to answer our all questions that we raised whilst viewing or made further enquires on our behalf if she did not have the information to hand.
Natalie understood our property requirements and regularly updated us on new properties coming onto the market.

We have had the worse experience. We were promised first refusal by Ellie, we were waiting for a call to confirm yesterday but nothing but today we did get an email to say that the property had gone to someone else.
When we spoke to the manager to complain we were told that Ellie has said that my husband swore & she never promised first refusal & the manager kept saying that there is always 2 sides to a story.
This is all lies, my husband is a very respectable person & would not swear at a woman.
I know a sale is a sale but they really need to be nicers to their customers.
So upsetting.
