If you are considering which one of the 100's of estate agents to use I cannot recommend the team at Winkworth enough. Please do not waste you time getting sub-standard service from another agent. The team at Winkworth Penn Hill are next level.
They are attentive, professional, well organised, highly commercial and really did exceed my expectations.
I have dealt with more than 20 agents in the area and they could all learn from Neils team in Penn Hill. Every touch point with this team was brilliant. They turned up to viewings on time. They know when to be salesy and when to be quiet. They look professional, they do what they said they would do. They pushed in the right places and went well beyond what was expected.
When I come to sell or buy I wouldn't consider any other agent. I cannot understand why every house in the area is listed with the.
Simply brilliant....thanks Neil, Louise, Max, George and the rest of the team.

My partner & I have just bought a house assisted by George Webb & I highly recommend him as he went above & beyond what a normal estate agent would do! ???????????? We were looking to buy a house for about a year. Winkworths had the most listings meeting our criteria. Before we finally managed to buy our new home we had two unsuccessful potential transactions. One was where we were outbid and the other was a chain which fell through. Despite these setbacks George Webb and his team at Winkworths continued to help and support us for almost a year in our house search process. George was able to schedule all viewings almost immediately and if needed the follow up was swift and effective. We also appreciated clear and prompt communication with George and his team and very helpful advice on the many questions which we raised as first time buyers. We are absolutely certain that if it were not for George’s and his fantastic Winkworths team’s highly professional skills and approach we would not be living in our dream home now!

Could not recommend enough, Neil and his team were amazing.
There were complications with other parts of the chain, none of them due to Winkworth Penn Hill but they were the glue that held it all together. They went above and beyond with thier service and were always available to help. They were professional throughout and made the process as easy as possible.

Winkworth managed the property that we purchased in Poole. On the whole we were happy with the service. Sean did his best to make sure that both parties were happy, during some difficult periods. Comminication could have been a bit clearer/ emails we received were a bit hard to decipher, or we didn't receive any response at all. Was very pleasant when meeting us to collect the keys. Would be happy to deal with Winkworth again.

Winkworth Estate Agents were representing the seller of the flat I purchased earlier this year and I originally dealt with Helena and then George Webb competed the process. I have to say both Winkworth reps were amazing.
George was outstanding with his customer service, going the extra mile at every opportunity and there were quite a few frustrating challenges and delays with the process, none of them due to Winkworth I may add, however George supported myself and the seller fantastically. Communication from George was spot on. He was professional yet empathetic from the moment I spoke to him and as it was a 300 mile move for me and rather emotional changing every aspect of my life, I really appreciated his time, kindness and support.
Can't say enough about how brilliant Winkworth are and I would recommend their service wholeheartedly.

Their depth of knowledge of the local market is second to none. Before we marketed, they highlighted detailed features of our property that even we were not aware of. I have also found their market insights to be extremely helpful and their predictions accurate.

Our sale (through another agent) was extremely protracted and there were a number of occasions when we thought we would lose our purchase. Outstanding service from Lewis at Winkworth, he made the process of purchasing our house so much easier and a lot less stressful, I really don't think we could've got this far without all the support and help from Lewis. We had some difficulties with the conveyancers and Lewis was always on hand to help, he'd call and chase anything we needed, he went absolutely above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful. He answered any queries we had about the house, was swift in arranging visits so we could do measurements etc. He is an asset to the Winkworth team and we wish him all the best for the future.
