We would highly recommend Mark Heneghan and Bespoke Estate Agents as his service is truly bespoke, making this a completely personalised experience. We have had great results with Mark, starting with his preparation for the sale of our house. He produced a superb set of house photos, plus a video and aerial photography of the house and local area, all so much better than sales literature we saw from many other estate agents. This was particularly important as our house was in a cul-de-sac not visible from the road. When our sale went live the consequence of this publicity was a rush of potential buyers and a very busy weekend viewing period conducted by Mark. He received many competing offers and we accepted one offer within five days. What a start! Mark assisted us during our next house purchase. Regrettably our purchase was hit by unexpectedly long delays by the Seller. During this period Mark kept regular contact with all parties connected with both our sale and our purchase. Finally, after waiting almost seven months we gave up on the purchase and found a house in a different location. Mark managed to keep our house buyers still keen and willing to buy our house, so all went smoothly for a rapid sale and purchase. During this period Mark was our close confidante who replied rapidly to all our concerns. We honestly couldn’t recommend Mark from Bespoke Estate Agents enough. After finding the house we loved, we actually did things backwards and only put our home on the market afterwards but Mark made the whole process completely seamless. He listed our house on 29th September, and we’re now due to complete on 8th December. That is an incredibly fast turnaround. Mark has been fantastic from start to finish. He answered every question (no matter how small), kept us updated constantly, and was always available when we needed him. He handled viewings brilliantly and accommodated absolutely everything we asked for. The solicitors he recommended were also excellent, which helped keep the whole process moving quickly and smoothly. Overall, it has been an amazing experience.
