I have nothing but praise for the wonderful team of ladies that run Bexhill Estates. I am profoundly deaf and their communication with me throughout the entire process has been absolutely amazing. Becki was fabulous from the start, cheerful, positive and extremely efficient. She took beautiful photos which helped showcase my property in the best possible way. They did all my viewings for me and sold my house very quickly. But what really stood out for me was the after sales support. Siobhan is an absolute powerhouse of an estate agent. I had two purchases fall through and there were various other issues along the way and I had a very inefficient solicitor. Siobhan stepped up and did so much of the work that should have fallen to him, worked tirelessly and all the while communicated with me so that I understood what was happening every step of the way. I cannot express how thankful I am to all of them for helping and supporting me and for staying positive and professional at all times. Fantastic experience buying our first home!
We recently brought our first home through bexhill estates and the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. The team were professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive throughout the process. As first time buyers, we had lots of questions, and they always took the time to explain everything clearly and keep us updated every step of the way.
Communication was excellent calls and emails were answered quickly, and we always felt like we were in good hands.
We had the lovely Alex show us round for the 4 viewings we had she was amazing with our little boy and kept him occupied so we could have a proper look around on all 4 occasions, She was also very on the ball with any questions we had.
We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend bexhill estates to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you for making the whole journey such a positive one!

Thank you for making my mum's move as stress free as you did. We've moved lots of times in the past, and never had this amazing commitment from an estate agents.
From entering the warm, serene and professional office at the outset, to the final handing over the keys, it's been efficient, friendly and super efficient .
Everything was achieved on time through keeping in touch, checking external issues were also on track.
Nothing was ever an issue, questions were answered and promises kept. Even the out of hours check on some potential kittens in the garden was done because they cared so much.

We decided to use Bexhill Estate agents after a valuation visit from Becky. Becky was friendly, professional and honest regarding the value of the property and its potential sale. She was enthusiastic about the bungalow and brushed aside the few downsides we could see - in fact she was the only agents who visited who didn’t raise any negatives in the valuation meeting. We could tell that this was the way that she, Mel and Alex would be about marketing the property. Being local residents themselves meant knowledge and understanding of the area was a definite advantage.
During the sale process we were kept abreast of everything and the team touched base with us at least once a week. They were willing to go above and beyond for us. They even went out to the bungalow (which was empty), after 10pm because there were reports of an abandoned litter of kittens in the back garden. Thank you for that.
We really can not praise enough the wonderful team that is Bexhill Estates.

Where do I start?
I can't praise this company enough. My parents had died and my brother and I had to sell the property in Little Common.
We lived a 300-mile round trip away.
Mel, Becki, and Alex couldn't have done more to not only get the property sold in a dreadful market but, also help us out by checking up on the property and going above and beyond what's expected of an estate agent.
They understood our situation perfectly and never badgered us for price reduction after price reduction like some desperate agents do.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these three. They were frankly outstanding.

Nothing was ever a problem, emails are always responded to within minutes and the phone is always picked up within a few rings.
You will not find a more honest and hard working estate agents around, no sales rubbish, no moron showing you round that hasn’t got a clue what they’re talking about telling you that the cracks in the wall are a decorative feature, just genuine honest people.

Very disappointed with the service i got and just the attitude towards us. For me I was made to feel like I was wasting there time. Felt very rushed and awkward whilst on the viewing no engagement or trying to find connections with the property etc just very much here it is hurry up so I can go. It felt like no other viewing Iv ever had before It put me off even wanting to call about other property’s they have for sale as I honestly didn’t want to go through the awkward torment of another viewing with them.
We had two viewings with two separate employees at the same property these where done in September. Both the same no enthusiasm about the property and over our shoulder making me feel very rushed.

We could not recommend Bexhill Estates more! For anyone buying or selling in the area, please do yourselves a favour and make sure you talk to the Bexhill's Angels, because I can assure you, there is no way you will regret it!
My partner and I just moved to Sussex, and we were looking for our first property to purchase. To start with, Bexhill Estates was incredibly accommodating with the viewings, as we were travelling from quite far to look at houses. Luckily enough, although I am not quite sure if it is indeed luck or just pure skill that Bexhill Estates only has good properties with potential, we immediately feel in love with the place. It was perfect for us, it felt like someone finally really listened to what we wanted, and at the same time was able to read between the lines and merge it with what we needed. The viewing itself was lovely, we had our fair share of looking at houses and speaking to estate agents, and we've had a few people being quite dismissive and detached, and maybe that's fine for certain buyers... But if you're someone who appreciates being heard and catered to, this is the place that will give you that. We met Alex at the house, and she was so lovely, spoke from experience both professionally and personally, she was very transparent as far as her knowledge allowed, and in no way was she ever pushy. She made it feel like a friend was showing us around and giving us top tier advice.
To be honest, after everything else we had seen and experienced, it was a no brainer and we put in an offer, kickstarting the process! Now, it ended up being a quite long process for us, this due to the legal side of things, but I wanted to mention just how absolutely splendid Mel Cooper was throughout all of it. We were, and still are, completely astonished at how she can perfectly balance advocating for the sale of the house and their sellers, keep the firmness and sharpness a seller relies on, but also being able to keep the buyers needs and issues in mind and at heart. At no point did we ever feel like she forgot about us, she was very understanding of our situation and she was even able to mediate and resolve some of the issues of the sale. After every single conversation with her, we always commented on how that balance was so apparent, and it is indeed a skill to have, to be able to act in a way that appeases to both sellers and buyers at the same time, while doing the job immaculately. Mel, if you are reading this, we are so very thankful for everything you've done for us. You are genuinely exceptional at what you do.
