Really disappointed with this agency I'm glad I won't be dealing with this agency again in future. I had put in an offer 3 days ago on a property I got no response no reply from the person named Jack who did the viewing. I even called to hear back from them again no response then after 3 days they say the property is no longer available etc which I knew they was going to say since they have been ignoring me for 3 days and really made me feel unwelcomed. They had more than 2 property available how could all of them go in seconds obviously I was lied to. From the start I felt they won't be interested in giving it to us since i have kids. Instead of ignoring and making someone feel unwelcomed you could have simpley said no we can't give you the property I would have been more than happy to say thanks for letting me know. But this agency is not professional and I do believe they discriminate based on your background. I'm glad I had also read everyone's comments here I am certain I won't be changing my mind. Now I feel like I am being harassed by the agency sending me an email from Jack because I put a review. Firstly the rent for the property was 1300 I have given a good sensible offer how much more sensible was you even expecting even if the offer was not accepted I was happy to pay full but there was no correspondence whatsoever from the agency side there was no discussion about even increasing the offer I made nothing. I know how it made me feel what expression I got from the agency, continuously trying to chase up the offer I made but I got ignored completely then few days later I get an email from Jack saying both property have been let when there's actually 3 properties they had advertised. You just had to say yes or no to my offer If you did not want to accept my offer or did not want to give the property to me because I have kids you should have simply said No but not make someone feel ignored and not welcomed and make them chase it up then few days later say its been let. P.S stop bothering me by emailing I feel harassed.... Read more

Drove all the way from London to view this property they had advertised to let with my family only to find out the viewing was cancelled. Got a message at 10:50 am to say my viewing at 10:45 has been cancelled. Time, money and exhaustion all for nothing, just because some one sat in this office is probably not qualified or capable enough to do their job well.... Read more

It has been over 2 months since we moved out and, despite assurances, we still have not received our deposit back. Blueprint are not answering their phones and we are still yet to hear anything back from accounts via email. Blueprints service whilst we lived there was good enough, but this is getting ridiculous, they are holding on to a lot of personal money - crucial for us during this global pandemic. I will be happy to alter this review if and when we get a response and return of money from your accounts team.... Read more

I got a viewing for the property I wanted on the same day I inquired. The Agent ‘Jai’ was very professional and helpful. They don't have any understanding of what to do and a first time tenant like me is facing an unhappy or struggling time at the property. The worst estate agents I have ever had the unfortunate luck to deal with. No idea what they're doing. We had so many things wrong with the property that were either hidden when we viewed the flat, or we were told that they would be fixed by the time we moved in and NONE of the things were fixed. After extortionate fees, bad service, a terrible contract which had many amateur errors in (pointed out to them so that might be fixed by now), we were lucky to get out of there without injury physically and mentally. These people are the reason that I will be extremely strict with my next estate agent encounters. NEVER AGAIN. No idea how they're still in business.... Read more
