A very smooth buying experience with Bond Oxborough Phillips - we really liked the appointment of an agent that smoothed the process between us, seller and solicitor. Elle Walpole was really excellent.
Our only disappointment was when we collected the keys on completion - basically someone went to the broom cupboard, retrieved the keys and handed them over….maybe would have been nice to make it feel special as opposed to ‘here’s your keys!’ ????

I cannot recommend Robin and his team enough. Want to thank him for a fantastic service. He knows his stuff and it paid off massively for me by trusting in him.
I had taken quotes from 3 other estate agents and felt my house was being undervalued and characteristic features weren’t being taken in to consideration. When Robin came to view my home he stated he was confident he could sell my house for 10% more than what the other agents were quoting me. I was doubtful but when Robin arranged for someone to visit my home the following day who then made me an offer for the full amount he had stated I couldn’t believe it. Robin had sold my house without even having to put it on the market.
