Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had with a letting Agency. Through the whole process from booking a viewing to signing the tenancy agreement they have been fast with replies, keeping us informed and incredibly supportive. Namely Archie and Ali.
Archie was so lovely and cheerful and professional while showing us around the house, very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions we had.
Ali, the letting manager has walked us through the rest of the process, with ease, reassurance and keeping us in the loop on everything to do with the tenancy. 10/10 would recommend.

All aspects of the sale of my property were dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. An initial valuation gave me confidence that the agents had a good knowledge of the local housing market. From valuation to sold we were very impressed by the way things progressed. Any inquiries we had were dealt with promptly. All staff at Holsworthy office were always polite and kept us well informed as things progressed. Ann who works doing the viewings had a great local knowledge which really helped with potential buyers along with her pleasant personalty.
