After two years of trying with local agents in launceston, we decided to try Bop In Tavistock. Listed in June 2026, Sold moved out and completed In October 2026.<br>Professional, and friendly, approachable, spot on with everything from start to finish. When you phone them, they answer or get back to you, and they are on the ball with your transaction, it feels like you are their only one! I found where she was working and went straight to that estate agent Bond Oxborough Phillips (twice for two further sales). I am again so impressed with her excellent skills and customer service and along with rest of the team Liz, Eva and others cannot recommend them all enough for their professionalism, skills, service and dedication in helping me sell and buy my houses.

We viewed 16 Mowhay Gardens at Hatherleigh. Jessica Berry conducted the viewing. Jessica was well presented, confident and prepared for the viewing. Jessica offered all of the information we needed and we didn't even need to ask. As a sales person myself for over 30 years, I was very impressed with Jessica's natural ability to conduct such a positive viewing, provide information with being friendly and welcoming, considering she is new to the business.

What can I say about Bond Oxborough Phillips.
