We moved into our new property in August 2025. The property had been marketed through Bowater Drennan, we also sold our property through them, and can recommend this estate agency 100%.
Throughout our journey, Paul went above and beyond in ensuring our sale and purchase went through as smoothly as possible.
We had several viewings, before accepting an offer, and Paul always chased viewers for feedback.
There were occasions when stress levels were raised with either our sale or purchase, but Paul always supported us, acted as a go-between with the solicitors, and helped where he could to resolve issues. He kept us informed throughout the process.
This is the second time we have used Bowater Drennan to sell a property and purchase a property, so would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to friends and family.
Also a mention for Jan, who works alongside Paul, they make a great team.
Both Paul and Jan can be described as friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable about the property business.

Initially I saw several estate agents before choosing to go with Bowater Drennan. It wasn’t about price, all estate agents fees seem to be about the same, it was more a feeling of trust. Paul Bowater was warm, friendly and genuine. He listened to our thoughts and gave good advice. All the way through the selling process he kept us updated on a regular basis which we were grateful for. Emails and phone calls were always answered promptly. For all the reasons I have mentioned, Bowater Drennan was the obvious choice to use again. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

When it was time to sell our previous home in Willenhall, Paul was recommended to us by our financial advisor. We were so daunted by everything as it was the first time we were selling, but we could not have found the process more straightforward with Paul guiding us through everything and getting us to market...only for the country to go into national lockdown the following week.
Paul kept in touch until the market was able to open up again and as soon as we were able we soon had viewings and a buyer.
I would definitely recommend Bowater Drennan to anyone who is looking to buy or sell in the Willenhall, Wednesfield and Wolverhampton area. Looking for an estate agent can be a minefield. The big guys promise the earth, but after a bit of research we contacted Bowater Drennan. Paul was honest and realistic about the state of the housing market. He knew the location well and type of buyer our property would attract. We were given regular updates. Once the buyer had been found Paul ensured that everything was in order to proceed to completion of the sale.

We were so lucky to deal with Paul and his amazing team at Bowater Drennan when buying our first home. From start to finish, everything was dealt with so efficiently. You made two first time buyers at ease with your warm, friendly and professional nature. We had previously been treated awfully by a local estate agent and it was so refreshing when we stumbled across this house being sold by Bowater Drennan.
By the end of a crazy wait for our first home because of covid and other things, we felt like we were made to feel apart of the Bowater Drennan family throughout it all. From the first day of meeting Paul viewing a property. I then knew this was the company we should sell our home with. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was always brilliant. With a genuine friendly approach , Paul always made us feel at ease with expert and friendly advise.

Paul and his team come highly recommended by myself. I received an excellent service from Paul and Jan, nothing was too much trouble and communication was brilliant. I was kept well informed throughout the process and if ever I left a message either Paul or Jan always got back to me. Although very professional I also received a personalised service from them. They were very approachable and and helpful. I had no worries about leaving my keys with Paul who is extremely honest and trustworthy. I would strongly recommend using Paul and his team to sell your property and if in the future I require the services of an estate agent I would not go anywhere else.
