A massive shout out to Chloe Baker who throughout the whole process of our sale, was tentative, helpful and always done extra to ensure everything went as smooth as it possibly could. At one stage during the sales process, our buyers pulled out purchasing our property. As a landowner they collect the rent and deal with maintenance issues for me. They usually respond to phone calls promptly. They deal with the tenants and resolve many issues without needing to involve me.
I used them to sell a house recently and although there were numerous holdups caused by the buyer, Belvoir dealt with all the issues with patience and professionalism. I basically just left them to it.

I have found Belvoir to be reliable , informative and open to deal with. All the people I have dealt with are easy to communicate with, respond to queries and are happy to deal with any concerns.
The first contact with Sam set the tone, the house listing was well produced and the property was marketed effectively. This has all been backed up by others such as Liam , Harvey and Heidi, who have kept me informed about progress.
I also found Ashley James solicitors (recommended by Belvoir) pleasant to deal with.
Fees charged are competitive and not excessive for the service provided.
I would use Belvoir again and have already recommended them to others.

We have rented with Belvoir for the past two years. Unfortunately our landlord decided to sell & so we were served a Section 21 notice. This could have been the worst news in the world but with Stacey Robertson holding our hand & doing a brilliant job of communicating between us & the landlord we managed to extend the date a little to allow us time, in this very difficult market to find out perfect home. Once we had moved she continued to work hand to ensure all of our final bills & deposits were handled in good time. She has always made herself available any time we have had any questions & has really looked after our family. We couldn't have asked for a better experience of being evicted. We will always be grateful to Stacey & to Michael (the top boss) who even stepped in to help when things felt really difficult. At least let me know that the property I expressed an interest in is no longer available! I get it, it's up to the landlords discretion of who they want in, but I enquired as soon as a property went onto the market, I called and was told to speak to Jack, he then told me it was vacant, what that fast? I thought you was getting the place refurbished as your own email states that when you emailed it to me and that once you have keys, you will let me know. YET NOT even a week later you tell me it's been taken. Other estate agents always call or email me whether I'm successful or not.
I have already emailed you today regarding the property if you can check emails. Guess I will try elsewhere

In 2023 we thought we had found our next and last "forever home", so eagerly got in touch with Belvoir to begin the process. It had been 47 years since I had been in this situation so you can see I was a little worried even nervous and definitely emotional! My fears were completely unnecessary, the staff at Belvoir were very sensitive to my feelings, they took time and care with me and I never at any time felt under any pressure. I felt comfortable, if I needed to ring a few times and never felt it was too stupid a question. All through the process I knew I had made a good choice to allow them to sell my home.
Unfortunately I had to take it off the market, the property we wanted accepted a cash buyer.
Belvoir staff were very understanding , fully explaining that we were under no obligation, financial or otherwise and that they would gladly help in the future if they could, no pressure to try and get us interested in another property, just commiserations.

Liam went above and beyond to help me when I was at my lowest with a tough situation with a landlady, he was my oracle, he helped me get through a really tough time by being kind, professional and with good advice. Liam will never be forgotten, such a pleasant, genuine and empathetic lad and nothing is too much for him. This lad deserves so much.
Katy every step of the way you had to deal with me, a complete pain in the backside!! I didn’t have a clue what to expect selling a house but this girl talked me through and held my hand throughout the process!! Professional, kind with loads of communication throughout. I could not have dealt with all this without the aid of you both.

Night and day difference between another estate agent I have used previously. Whereas other EA just seemed to be only concerned with selling the property asap with minimal effort on their part, and being pushy for me to accept offers as soon as they came in; Belvoir carried several viewings and then passed on all the offers received in an easy to understand email. At no point were they pushy and allowed me to dictate the process. Sam, Liam and Louise kept up good comms throughout the process and kept me updated at all stages. I would certainly recommend them to others.

Trying to find a property to rent at short notice is everyones nightmare particularly when letting agents fail to respond or reply to your enquiry. No such failings from Belvoir. They called me within 30 minutes of my request for a viewing which was arranged for a few days later. An extremely simple, stress-free and streamlined application process may very well put Belvoir at the head of the market when it comes letting property. My liaison agent, Alex Round was amazing. He kept me inform throughout my application with calls and emails in addition to dropping off the keys to my property from one office to another. I do not normally leave reviews, however I felt I had to due to the extremely high level of customer service, professionalism and help that I have received from Michael and Jessica.
I found a tenant myself, who had stopped paying rent for 14 months, they had also caused massive damage to my property. I found Belvoir’s details online and agreed to use their services. Michael immediately took away all the stress and headache from me and managed to get rid of the tenants. Then Jessica came along and once again took away all the trouble and stress from me in arranging for locks to be changed, contractors to quote me, and carry out repairs, whilst overseeing everything for me. I don’t know what I would have done without them. Thank you very much. You are an asset to your company. Absolutely outstanding and a total breath of fresh air. We didn’t have a great overall experience selling with Belvoir. Initially, the appraisal was quick and efficient. The pictures looked amazing and within a week we had 12 viewings and 6 offers as our house was very popular. Despite this, we were encouraged to sell £5k below the asking price just to get a quick sale. Our buyer was unreliable from the start and despite our constant concerns, we were told by Belvoir that “she appears to be serious” even though after 3 months, she still hadn’t arranged a survey and had tried to knock the price down several times. We asked Belvoir to put the house back on the market, which they did reluctantly (as they wanted to keep this ‘serious’ buyer), we were not told about any interested parties until finally the ‘serious’ buyer dropped out because she couldn’t afford the house, we then suddenly had an influx of viewings come in the very same hour she dropped out (probably interested parties they had not told us about previously). Disheartened by our Belvoir experience, we signed up with Bartrams. We sold within a week at full asking price and an added bonus was they were £400 cheaper, so we made a whopping saving of £5400.

I have recently sold a flat through Belvoir. Throughout the whole process I was dealing with Shania at Belvoir. It was really great to have one contact person and I cannot rate Shania highly enough. The sale did take quite some time to complete but she kept me informed every step of the way and anything I asked her to help with was never too much trouble. MY star ratings for the service i have encountered during my time with your property estate is directed to Hannah. Initally my the liason with Belvoir was hard going but,
Until i spoke with Hannah. Hannah has been extremely helpful, she goes the extra mile and pro active with communication liason. Hannah's interaction and mannerisms are on point, she has a great sense of humour. I always find pleasure speaking with Hannah who is definitely a fantastic assett to Belvoir.

I would recommend Belvoir from my recent experience whilst buying a house. Belvoir were the estate agents acting for the vendor. My contact at Belvoir was Shania and she was excellent even though she wasn't acting for me. It is rare to get such good customer service these days. Shania always returned my calls and emails, if she wasn't there to answer straight away. Shania really helped to get the sale moving along quickly and even followed up after I had moved in! Shania is a credit to the company. I would consider using this agent if I ever came to sell my property due to such good service.
