We cannot thank Chris and Aidan enough for helping us sell our home, especially as we were relocating abroad to Lithuania.
Before working with BR Estate Agent, our property was listed with another agency for two months and we only had two viewings in total. After moving to Chris and Aidan, the difference was incredible. We immediately started getting three to four viewings per week and finally had real momentum and serious buyers.

to make it all run smoothly. Regular progress updates were very helpful as was persistent effort on our behalf to reach exchange of contracts and completion in accordance with our wishes. It was a long distance move and we were having to try and get house clean and tidy before we left. Then along came Aidan to wish us well and rolled up his sleeves and set about vacuuming the bedrooms, that was definitely above and beyond. We would wholeheartedly recommend BR unreservedly 5 stars

We were part of a chain, and Chris stepped in to assist with selling our flat, even though it wasn’t his responsibility. His advice was invaluable—far beyond what we received from John Payne, one of the larger estate agents, who frankly, were very unhelpful. Chris and Aidan guided us on changing marketing strategies, advised when to reduce the price, and handled those difficult conversations with professionalism.
When our contract with John Payne ended, Chris took over the marketing of our flat. Within just two weeks, he generated a significant amount of interest and viewings, and we soon had an offer accepted. Throughout the process, he was instrumental in keeping things on track, especially when dealing with the chain and solicitors, offering practical advice, and pushing things forward.
Towards the end of the process, we faced some complications, but Chris remained a steady and reliable presence, helping us navigate the challenges.
I can’t recommend BR Estate Agent enough. Their dedication, expertise, and hands-on approach made a stressful process so much easier.

Aidan and Chris were exceptional! I would highly recommend them to anyone trying to sell their property.
I was initially only purchasing a property through them, however after a large, well known estate agent that was listing my property were failing to get it under offer, I switched the sale over to BR as well. They marketed the property very well and managed to get it under offer in a fraction of the time that it was listed with the other agent.
Their communication and attentiveness throughout the whole process made it so easy. Having the confidence that you can pick up the phone and call them with any problem or question, knowing they will answer and take ownership of the issue is worth it’s weight in gold - something you will not find at a big estate agents with many employees.

I have been a landlord for many years and have always sourced tenants without using an agent. However it has become increasingly difficult to find suitable tenants now so therefore following a recommendation I contacted BR Estate Agent. What a good decision that was. Chris contact up and down our chain was just shocking often only coming back with blunt answers if he bothered to reply at all. He continuously lied to the chain and he left things right until the last possible moment to exchange which caused aload of stress honestly if it wasn’t for the other sales progressors in the chain we would have lost our house. I would not recommend Chris or his estate agents as he is usless and would avoid him with a 10 foot barge pole. If you want piece of mind at night I would recommend not using him.
