Really excellent solicitors. Provided us with good advice with the sale of house and took us through the whole process. So quick and we got a buyer in 3 days. Our solicitor Matthew took the stress out of selling the house he was always available on the phone and Emails and nothing was too much bother. They were so good that our buyer even commented on how nice and professional they had been and she was with a different firm, that tells you how good they are! Definitely recommend for sales. Braidwoods recently sold a family house for us. I cannot recommend Katie and the team at Braidwoods highly enough. You get 100% of what you pay for and you feel like your best friend is dealing with everything for you. If you are selling a house in the area Braidwoods should be your first port of call. Utter shambles of a place. Called about a house I wanted to buy and it took two weeks to even arrange a viewing as none of the staff had a clue what was going on with the propery.
