My experience with Breens has been fantastic, in particular with Damien. He is Professional, knowledgeable and incredibly responsive, making any process, matter or issue seamless and completely stress-free.
Communication is always clear and proactive, and he consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly and efficiently.

Outstanding Service from Breens Estate Agents (First Time Buyer's):
From the very first viewing that my wife arranged, the team at Breens have been friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our journey. Their communication was excellent, keeping us fully updated and in the loop between the seller and both solicitors.
There was a brief delay while the seller secured their onward purchase, which was completely understandable and foreseen. Overall the whole process took around four months from offer to completion. Which Breens estimated from the very beginning of this process.
A big thank you to Damien and Jack for their dedication and consistent support in helping us secure our first home.
Also to Breens staff, they all was so friendly and offering to help when calling in.
