An absolutely fantastic experience with Breens Estate Agents! ????????????<br><br>We’ve recently had the pleasure of buying our first home through Breens Estate Agents, and after completing the process, we genuinely couldn’t be happier with the service we received.<br><br>Buying your first home is a huge milestone and, if we’re honest, it’s something we went into expecting to be quite stressful. There are so many moving parts, so many questions, and plenty of moments where you just want to know that someone is actually on top of everything.<br><br>Thankfully, we had Damien there throughout the process, and he was absolutely brilliant from beginning to end.<br><br>From our very first dealings with him, Damien was professional, friendly, approachable and extremely helpful. His communication was fantastic, he kept us updated throughout, answered all of our questions and was always willing to go the extra mile to help move things forward.<br><br>What really stood out to us was that Damien never made us feel like we were simply another buyer or another transaction. He genuinely cared about helping us get into our first home and was always happy to help, even when there were things that went beyond what we would necessarily expect from an estate agent.<br><br>There were inevitably a few bumps along the way, as there are with any house purchase, but having someone who was proactive, responsive and willing to get involved made a huge difference. We always felt like we had someone in our corner.<br><br>We also want to give a massive shout-out to Mike, the Director, for his involvement and personal input throughout the process. It was genuinely appreciated. Seeing a Director take such a hands-on approach and make sure things were being dealt with properly really says a lot about the company and the standards they set.<br><br>It’s clear that the level of service at Breens comes from the top down. The whole experience felt personal, professional and customer-focused, which unfortunately isn’t something you can take for granted these days.<br><br>For us, this wasn’t just another house purchase — it was our first home. It’s a massive moment for our family and something we’ll remember for the rest of our lives. The property management team have been extremely helpful. We recently encountered some issues in our rented property. Laura was incredibly quick to respond to our correspondence and she has been very supportive in liaising with our landlord to address and resolve the issues. I honestly cannot thank the team at the Highams Park branch enough for all their help and support throughout the whole process.<br><br>When I found out that we had to find new accommodation, I was extremely stressed and overwhelmed. Adam was there from the beginning to reassure me, lift my spirits and remind me that everything would be okay. He showed so much care, empathy and understanding, and his support went far beyond what I would normally expect from a letting agent. Having someone who genuinely listened and understood how stressful the situation was made such a difference to me, and I really appreciate the emotional support he gave me during such a difficult time.<br><br>I also want to say a huge thank you to Nick, who helped us throughout the process of securing our new flat. He was always helpful, responsive and did everything he could to make the move as smooth as possible. There were a few hiccups and some miscommunication along the way, particularly around the move itself, but Nick was supportive, approachable and did his best to help us resolve everything.<br><br>Overall, the guys at the Highams Park branch are kind, friendly, helpful and, most importantly, genuinely caring. Moving home during such a stressful period would have been so much harder without their support and understanding.<br><br>Thank you for everything you did for us. Your care, patience and support really made a difference, and I’m very grateful. ??
