Me and my partner were searching for a home to rent for a few weeks calling over 15 agents, as soon as mentioned the fact we had 3 pets were told we could not be considered. That was until we found Brennan & Evie who worked there.
We enquired about the house on a Monday, went to see it within a week, and we moved in just 2 weeks later.
I cannot praise her more highly, how she handled everything with us on the phone, how quickly she turned things around, responding via text outside of work hours. My wife and I are landlords and we've been working with Evie and her lettings team for about 3 months. I must say, they have simply been a delight to work with. They absolutely prove that professionalism and efficiency combine well with friendliness, and politeness to produce exceptional customer service.
When we first contacted Evie, she was welcoming and informative and by the end of the call had imparted all the information we needed and answered all of our questions. We immediately felt that this was the company we wanted to manage our properties. Our subsequent meeting served as a ringing endorsement of everything we had anticipated about the company and the lettings team in particular.
Since March, we have been pleasantly surprised at how easy it has been to work with the BB team. From our point of view, we now know that BB are maintaining the properties to a high standard, ensuring all the properties are compliant with the law, communicating well with the tenants and most importantly, keeping us updated regularly.
Any worries we have had in the past about our rental properties have been completely taken away by Evie and her team. We cannot praise them enough!

I was very happy with Brennan up to completion date, but I have to give an honest review, and unfortunately, on completion day, this was not the case.
Communication and arrangements were poor. Even though I had been given the completion call from my solicitor to say all monies had gone through and that I now legally owned my new home, the previous owners refused to leave for over 2 hours....my removal men were left waiting to move my stuff. I had also been given the leeway by Brennan that I had time to move my stuff out because the buyer of my old house would not be moving in until the next day. However, they turned up whilst we were eventually allowed to move, wanting to move their stuff in.....the assistant from Brennan was not helpful, infact she was very rude over the phone.
Therefore, my overall experience of Brennan was poor because of this. Which is such a shame.

What a pleasure working with Ricky and his team was. From start to finish, there are always constant touch points and updates, which we all know is very reassuring when doing big things like buying and selling.
I did originally go with Purple Bricks and I had to pay them upfront. It all seemed great, and then it just went quiet, and I sat about twiddling my thumbs waiting for viewings. I guess they don't focus on getting anything specific sold since they have already made their money.
I decided to bite the bullet, I would try someone else, as it was little like tumble weed with PB. As soon as I spoke with Ricky, I had a way better feeling. They are motivated, proactive, and professional. The photographs were great, the write up was great and the viewings started coming straight in.
I'd definitely just go straight to Brennan Bespoke next time. And if you're reading this, put your mind at ease and give them a try. You won't look back.

We instructed Ricky @BrennanBespoke soon after realising his social media platforms and awesome content would be what sells our house! We had our house on the market for a couple of weeks with another local agent with no viewings... had it on for 3 days or so with Ricky had 4 viewings, an offer and secured a sale. Our buyers even came out of their search area to purchase our house after seeing the content that Ricky put up on his platforms. If that doesn't speak for itself then I don't know what will! Ricky was constantly chasing people, updating us and generally checking in on what wasnt the easiest sale im sure... his 'Hybrid' energy to selling properties is second to none and puts most traditional estate agents to shame. Being a petrol head this is the only time you will hear me say that in this instance 'hybrid' seems to be the way forward.
