James has been incredible in our house buying journey. It was our first time buying a house and he has been the most helpful person we could’ve asked for without absolutely overloading us. James has helped so much throughout this process chasing things up and getting everything done as quickly as possible so we could be completed before christmas especially with a baby it’s been difficult but i absolutely could not fault him. Tom has been helpful to us making sure to chase up things when James hasn’t been available. They are both incredibly friendly and always there to help. I could not fault either of them. Highly Highly recommend!

We have used Sell It to sell 2 properties in the last 18 months and have found them to be very proactive and professional. Tom and James are very friendly and helpful. Even though they are busy they always have time to talk and help to ease any worries you might have. When selling your home it is important to have agents that you feel comfortable with. Tom was very good at helping to sort problems that arose further down the chain on our last sale.
We have also used Let It for many years to let out a property and have again found the whole team to be friendly and professional.

Sell it have just sold my property for me, I was very impressed since they first came over to value the property. Tom and Mark came to value it and were very professional, took really good pictures, were really friendly and in general I had a very good first impression. Sarah Hazeldine then took over and found a sale very quickly, she was very helpful, really friendly and again very professional. With other agents I have found after sales to be quite poor, but with Sarah she was constantly chasing the solicitors and buyers and letting me know where we are at. Therefore a special mention to Sarah who I can't thank enough. Sell it sold my property at a very fair rate of commission and in good time. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

In this instance, despite reviewing an "estate agent" it may surprise you to know that I am writing as I was very impressed with Tom Howling At Sell It Homes! Tom was a very effective agent and even though we did have some rough patches he proved himself to be reliable, dedicated and efficient. We would not have completed within the time frames we did, had it not been for Tom. Tom kept his finger on the pulse, communicated with all parties in the chain to ensure all issues (and there were many!!!) were dealt with as quick as possible.
