We cannot recommend Matthew Bozier at Bridges (Camberley) highly enough! He was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, especially given how challenging our purchase turned out to be. The entire property was in a long and complicated chain with a number of unforeseen delays, and at times the process felt almost impossible.
Matthew went above and beyond, constantly chasing all the solicitors and keeping everything moving when it could easily have stalled and never seen completion. The whole experience was extremely stressful, but his regular updates, patience, and reassurance genuinely kept us hopeful that we would get there in the end. He was always available to answer a multitude of difficult questions, remained calm under pressure, and was consistently professional, friendly, and supportive throughout.
We are now happily settled in our new home and are incredibly grateful to Matthew for seeing us through such a tough process. This wouldn't have been possible without Matthews dedication and commitment.
A special thank you as well to Louis at Bridges (Frimley). We met him during other viewings, and it was actually Louis who gave us the heads-up about this property coming onto the market — he knew exactly what we were looking for.

Jonathan the branch manager, kept on top of our sale, giving us regular updates, more than that as we live a considerable distance from the property he made weekly visits to check all was as it should be. Our sale took longer than hoped, but Jonathan and the team’s experience was to stick with and be patient with our buyers, this proved to be a wise decision, as although later than we liked, we completed without issue. Throughout the purchase of the property and then the finding of the tenants I found the agents to be excellent.
The team themselves were well organised and arranged the tenants very quickly. Hannah Kirby was excellent keeping me up to date with everything and gave me great peace of mind as the rental venture is new to me. I would happily recommend both her and the team for both purchasing through them but in particular organising and management the rental property.
It has been hassle free and they have made it an easy process explaining clearly each stage as we progressed.

Poor communication with unreasonable hidden charges. All smiles and professional when trying to gain our business, as soon as we signed this changed to dismissive attitude and poor service. Their mistakes cost us money and they take no responsibility nor accountability for it. Poor service from start to finish and I’m glad our business with them has now concluded. Hayley from the start was very professional, empathetic to any challenges with the process, as- ‘buying a house can’t be that easy’. She was always easily accessible on the phone or via email. No matter how challenging things were, she was always calm and reassuring and always willing to negotiate a better deal for me. I must admit besides some of the paperwork not moving as fast as I wanted, due to the nature of the house, Hayley did everything in her capacity for this to be completed just over a three months window.

My Journey with Orchard started good but ended up in a nightmare. I will not recommend their services as they are untruthful and dishonest. When apartment was handed over, it appears that the cleaning was subpar, with minimal attention given to detail. In addition to this, the property management has been lacking, as several issues were encountered such as broken toilet seats, a faulty sink drain, cracks in various areas, torn silicone and list goes on. These issues have caused significant inconvenience and required three days of my personal time to make the property habitable. Considering I explicitly mentioned the urgency of service deliverance due to having a new-born baby, I would have appreciated transparency regarding the readiness of the apartment and any potential delays in handing it over. Despite this, no contact has been made regarding the necessary repairs until their doors were knocked. I am rating my journey based on their dishonesty, unacceptable behaviour, and unfair treatment.
