Bridges were fabulous with my house sale which was fraught with complications due to divorce but they were there every step of the way and were invaluable in the communications needed. I must give special thanks to Kathy who was extremely professional, helpful, understanding and supportive throughout and I am truly grateful she was there. Keith was extremely helpful and understanding and I thank him too along with the rest of the Bridges staff. I would recommend Bridges Basingstoke 100%

I currently rent with Bridges and my Property manager is Katy Scott. Katy was very adaptable with regards to the time of her property visit to suit me.
She was very courteous and polite. Katy took time to ask if I had any concerns regarding the property or rental and it was all finished in 5 minutes.
Very happy to recommend Katy as a valued property manager should the need ever arise, thank you!

Molly was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful and took the time to give us a proper, thorough run-through of the house, making sure we understood everything and felt completely at ease.
She was also super quick at replying to any questions we had and was great at chasing things up for us, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Nothing felt rushed and her friendly, professional approach really stood out.

We used Bridges to sell our house. As part of their service they employ sales progressors. We were allocated Mel. We can not praise her highly enough. As soon as we contacted her with any concerns she actioned our call immediately rang around the chain and got us an update. It was solely due to her that our very large chain progressed to exchange and shortly completion. In addition if she promised to call you back she always did. I would highly recommend bridges and most importantly Mel to anyone thinking of selling their house
