After a week full of viewings with estate agents taking “work snapchats” and showing us clearly uncared for properties, Bridges pleasantly took us by surprise, with their standards shining by a mile for both the properties and upkeep, as well as their agents.<br><br>We were blessed to work with Hattie, who was professional from the start, hard working to understand all of our needs, and flexible to be accommodating for us. She had originally called me after seeing my enquiries were for properties that ended up being let, and was determined to understand exactly what we wanted, so she could find our best options. She has since been working overtime to ensure we get the property we’ve been waiting for, patient while we ask all of our questions, and just giving us everything we could have asked for in such a timely manner.<br><br>Thank you so much Hattie!

Worst agency I’ve ever had to deal with. Continue to get everything wrong, forever have a threatening “we don’t care” attitude. Call you three times a day when they think you owe them money, even though they’re wrong… suddenly when they work that out, it’s impossible to speak to anyone. Give me back my deposit money!! Avoid at all costs
